GENERIC Kernel build failure just after stable-cvsup and buildworld. I have ensured that everything in /usr/obj was deleted before i began. Btw. /usr/obj <-- is a symlink to /Disk1/usrobj, because /usr partition was filled up. I have installed these packages from ports. db-2.7.7_1 The Berkeley DB package, revision 2 db3-3.3.11,1 The Berkeley DB package, revision 3

[LLVMdev] Fwd: JIT on ARM
Hi. Sorry for reposting my mail, but can somebody at lest give some general ideas for what to look to solve my problem? -- Martins Mozeiko Begin forwarded message: > From: Martins Mozeiko <49640f8a at gmail.com> > Date: September 25, 2009 12:04:04 GMT+03:00 > To: llvmdev at cs.uiuc.edu > Subject: JIT on ARM > > Hello. > > My goal is to use LLVM with JIT compiler

[LLVMdev] JIT on ARM
Forgot to mention. I don't know how well the canadian cross compile stuff works in 2.5. We made some improvements in that area for 2.6. If you have trouble with it, I'd suggest trying 2.6 (or even better, ToT svn) and seeing if things are improved there. -Jim On Sep 25, 2009, at 2:04 AM, Martins Mozeiko wrote: > Hello. > > My goal is to use LLVM with JIT compiler for ARM

[LLVMdev] JIT on ARM
Hello. My goal is to use LLVM with JIT compiler for ARM on Android device. Currently I have successfully built and executed LLVM bitcode with interpreter on Android. Speed is not so great, that is why I want to use JIT. I tried building bitcode on windows with llvm-gcc that is provided on llvm home page. Resulting bitcode runs great in interpreter, but it doesn't use JIT. From what I

Broken buildworld in groff, 4.8-stable?
Hi, I've been cvsupping and trying to buildworld for close to 18 hours now, on and off, with the same result. Filesystem problem
Hi. I have been experencing some filesystem problems for the last month or so. I was running 4.8-STABLE and updated to 5.1-RELEASE-p2. While I was running 4.8 and I tried to run a command that required hard disk activity, the process would 'hang' and I would no longer be able to ssh or telnet in. I would get stuck after typing in my login. Running 5.1 is a different story. I did a low

Bison seems to never be detected properly even if you set YACC=bison or even YACC=/usr/local/bin/bison. But thats another story. Whilst struggling to work out how i got a working build i noticed that (with gcc 3.3.5) the

[LLVMdev] LLVM on OpenBSD

I guess so. bison is quite different to yacc, see "info bison". llvm depends on bison and this is quite well documented. At http://llvm.org/releases/2.3/docs/GettingStarted.html#software it says "bison" and specifically which version of Bison you've to use.

[LLVMdev] Configuring test-suite
(replying on list in case others are interested, Renato sent me the log offline). Okay, I found problem, the MultiSource/Applications/Burg test is breaking the running of the test suite because it can't find yacc. Can you file a bugzilla for this? We should just add a configure check or something to make sure that doesn't cause the test suite to fall over. You should be able to work

Cannot even compile Wine
Hello, I am not great at figuring out compilation problems - usually I just curse and give up. Trying to compile Wine from binaries I get the following error, anyone knows what's wrong and can offer some help on how to get it to work?
