It is normal? anyone knows it? what is the reason?

timeout = 20
retry = 5

wrapuptime?
Hi!
Trying to understand how wrapuptime is working...
I have written a small php script that let agents log in/out
off a queue. That part is working as a clock but wrapuptime
is not doing what I expect.
Input Interi?r - Queue Manager
0317998989 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (5s
holdtime, 94s talktime), W:0, C:8, A:1, SL:0.0% within 0s

Queue wrapuptime and active calls
Hello,
My question is this, I have a service queue that members follow the service
interval (wrapuptime = 30).
However, sometimes these members need to call the customer back, thus
making an active call. Occurs when this member disconnects the call shortly
following section in the queue already sends a new call for him not
understanding the range (wrapuptime = 30).
My question is if I can

Queue wrapuptime as Global option
Hello,
The call center I manage previously had almost all calls entering a
single queue. In order to differentiate the calls to the techs we set
the callerid name based on the caller id number offered to us.
Basically, it was a gosubif the callerid number matches this, and in
the sub we set the callerid name to a certain value.
We've been slowly moving some clients into separate queues

how does "wrapuptime" work in queue.conf
Hi list,
I'd like to have the callers to listen to the advertisement (music on
hold) before the agents answer them. So, I have wrapuptime=10 in
queue.conf, but the call still goes straight to the agents without
delay.
Here's my queue.conf:
[general]
persistentmembers = yes
[738]
musiconhold = empty
;musiconhold = default
;announce = q-738
;strategy = ringall
strategy = rrmemory

AgentCalled event
Hi,
I'm writing a Java client/server application that talks to the Asterisk
manager interface via the asterisk-java stuff. The idea being it will
give you an app to run on your desktop that monitors your phone
essentially. Once I've got something vaguely working it will be released
under the GPL and hopefully people will contribute to it etc...
As part of this, I'm currently

QueueMemberStatus
I've been poking for the definition of QueueMemberStatus and all the
source file indicates is that it is a integer member of the "member"
structure.
Anyone know where I can find the CONSTANTS definitions?

distribuited ACD on many asterisk nodes
Dear All
i'm planning to develop for a customer a particular implementation of Asterisk.
The aim of the project is to share different users between different
Asterisk inbound call center .
I'm planning to have a sync for some of the QueueMemberStatus
informations between all the nodes, then a particular (external) ACD
algorithm will decide to transfer a parked call to the final user.

Centos 7: cups-pdf Postprocessing prevented by selinux :(
Hi,
how can I make it so that printing to a cups PDF printer can successfully run
the postprocessing script I specified in /etc/cups/cups-pdf.conf?
It does work with 'sentenforce permissve', and after creating and installing
some selinux modules from audit.log entries, it still doesn't work, and there
doesn't seem to be anything else that might prevent the postprocessing

[LLVMdev] [lld] Undefined symbols postprocessing
Hi everyone,
In lld, I need to conditionally add symbols (like GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE)
during
static linking because they may be used by relocations (R_ARM_TLS_IE32) or
by some other stuff like STT_GNU_IFUNC symbols.
The problem is that now symbols are added in a declarative way by
specifying in ExecutableWriter::addDefaultAtoms() override.
At that stage, there's no way to determine if

Queues in memory after startup
Hi all,
After * starts the command "queue show" would not show any of the realtime
queues, but just the ones that are in the queues.conf file. In this state de
AMI would not send any "QueueMemberStatus" for that queues until a call is
received by that realtime queue.
Anyone knows any whay to load this information in *'s memory without the
need of the queue receiving a

>Postprocessing (ie: running a tool on the fully linked binary with the debug info we have today, and having the tool reprocess the debug info to make it more >compact) is an option, but wouldn't help address the problem you started with - that the output can't fit the large offsets, so the output is invalid/broken. So that >output would be broken before the postprocessing step

Do you want to do that before or after dead code elimination?
I think dead code elimination should be performed after all possible object code modifications done by lld. Therefore, it should be

callers in queue passed to agents who accept only one call at a time
I have a queue I configured as "strict" and a cron
script I use to QueueAdd and QueueRemove agents
according to my company's requirements. Usually I have
2 or 3 agents at a time and the ring strategy is
ringall.
These agents use non-open-source Windows softphones
that do not let you configure it so that if they're on
the phone, a second call will be rejected (agent
busy).
