I curently can add a user using ldbadd and a ldif file but I would like to know the recommended way of changing a users password. I have tried to use the ./autogen-waf and the other ./autogen and following the procedure ./configure(.developer) seems to conclude correctly, however the actual make and make install seems to fail. The first join I made with a blank smb4.conf "samba-tool domain join DOMAIN DC -UAdministrator%Passwort --realm=DOMAIN.LOCAL --server=windows-dc.domain.local --use-ntvfs" It works fine and everything is synced.
