Hello,
I am having difficulty putting a frequency table on my clipboard in R
studio. I do not know what the error message is. I was thinking it might
have to do with changing a setting on my clipboard but I do not know how to
do this. I will copy and paste the exact command and error message:
write.table(dpx,"clipboard",sep="\t")

rsync keeps writing files over
Thanks Kevin! I¹m unclear how to read the ‹itemize-changes output. Can you
provide some insight?
This is a local transfer from an external drive to an internal drive all
attached to one computer.
rsync -aPh --itemize-changes -n

rsync keeps writing files over
OK. Thanks. Where can I find information regarding how to interpret
—itemize-changes?
The timestamps aren’t changing, so the target must not be storing them,
which I have no idea why. The directory I’m writing to is 777.
What is the flag to tell rsync to ignore the timestamps?
Thanks,
Blake

rsync keeps writing files over
Hi Steven,
Yes, both file systems are the same.
rsync -nri --modify-window=1 <src> <dest>
Gives me the following for most files >f..T.......
2015_167_1_1__Boy_What_A_Girl_R2/2015_167_1_1__Boy_What_A_Girl__UHD_DPX_R2/
BWAG_R2_00138428.dpx
Although a few have >f..T......n
2015_167_1_1__Boy_What_A_Girl_R2/2015_167_1_1__Boy_What_A_Girl__UHD_DPX_R2/

rsync keeps writing files over
Cool Thanks!
Specifically, the timestamps on both <src> and <dest> match for "ls -l"
but do not match for "ls -lu" or "ls -lc”
The storage is just an regular HDD in a mac pro tower. I can’t imagine why
it wouldn’t handle timestamps. Also of note - this problem doesn’t exist
for every file, just the vast majority. So, that just makes it more
confusing.

lme confusion
Hi, this is my first time using the nlme package, and I ran into the
following puzzling problem.
I estimated a mixed effects model using lme, once using groupedData, once
explicitly stating the equations. I had the following outputs. All the
coefficients were similar, but they're always slightly different, making me
think that it's not due to numerical error.
Also, what is the

syslinux64.efi boot problems
Hi there,
I've been trying to boot some new machines via uEFI and it does not work, as you can see below. From my hunting around on the mailing list, there may have been a bunch of fixes that have been committed that have some bearing on uEFI, and even some on the mailing list that appear to be aimed at solving similar problems. However, I can't manage to build a new one based on the

UEFI: Failed to load ldlinux.e64/ldlinux.e32
I have a patch that I think may help your situation of syslinux.efi
being unable to load ldlinux.e64/ldlinux.e32 (though I don't know if
any of you are using an EFI ia32 platform).
The basics are that we try to enable UseDefaultAddress as it helps
certain clients with routing and works on numerous other clients. If
we timeout on receiving a packet and have never received any packets,

Hyper-V Gen 2 waiting for ldlinux.e64
Hi,
I am using a Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V Generation 2 VM as a PXE client (no physical machines available). This is a UEFI VM, and as per instructions I've read I have disabled secure boot on this VM for the installation of Linux. I am using the latest tftp-hpa package with the following config:
# /etc/default/tftpd-hpa
TFTP_USERNAME="tftp"

Entry selection isn't saved
Hi,
I installed syslinux 6.0.3 on a UEFI/GPT system with Arch Linux.
My /boot/EFI/syslinux/syslinux.cfg contains MENU SAVE but selected entries
aren't saved.
Just after I hit the Enter key in the syslinux menu, I see efi_adv_write:
Unable to open file \ldlinux.sys, this message isn't displayed
when the boot starts after the timeout (default entry).
My installation didn't have this

rsync keeps writing files over
Hi,
At my work we use rsync to move files between drives and to LTO among other things.
I'm having an issue using rsync to move material between and external drive and an internal drive.
We run "rsync -avvPh <src> <dest>" and most of the files keep writing every time I run this. It appears that the modification times are not being carried through to the destination
