get cells by the combination of their column and row names
Hi,
I have a (correlation) matrix and I want to select a subset of its cells depending on the combination of their column and row names.
This illustrates my problem: mtrx <- matrix(c(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9), nrow=3, ncol=3, dimnames = list(c('c132','c432', 'c233'), c('r132','r233', 'r432')))> mtrx r132 r233 r432c132 1 4 7c432 2

oplcok_break more information (PR#12734)
Hi! After more work on the oplock_break problem, I've found the following
in my tcpdump-smb logging. It seems that when ost5 (pid=26339 in the logs
that follow) requests access to the oplocked file comm.inf from ost6
(pid=5872) the oplock_break failes (this is NOT isolated to any one or two
systems on our network, just using these two as an example, and the server
reports no dropped packets

?Hi,
?I've installed libvirt-0.9.13 on RHEL6.2 from the source code.
I cannot make sVirt working with LXC. (sVirt works well with KVM, though.)
I can start an LXC instance, but the label of the process is not right.
Can someone help me?
I tried to change /etc/libvirtd/lxc.conf file to explicitly enable

But it ends up with error saying "error :

No CRLF in Pigeonhole's header?
Hello,
I have been told on Freenode's #dovecot to ask here. I have Exim 4.92
complaining about "Non-CRLF-terminated header, under CHUNKING: message
abandoned" with redirects made by Pigeonhole 0.5.5 (with Dovecot
2.3.5.1). Please find relevant part of the traffic below, and help me
determine whether Exim is correct on this.

[BUG] GSSAPI auth doesn't work on 2.3.11
Hi list!
I have a CentOS 7 server running dovecot with GSSAPI auth enabled. Version 2.3.10 was working fine
but after the upgrade to 2.3.11 it stopped working. On thing I see on the logs is that the user
field comes up empty when compared to the 2.3.10. Example:
2.3.10:

Need help getting a program installed and running
I am trying to get a program running under Fedora/Wine. I don't really
know where to start with that, I can't find a "how to" for what steps to
do and what to look for, so, please help with either a pointer for the
how to or some help getting this working. I do know the program needs
.net 2+.

Bad packet length problem with "aes128-cbc" and openssh3.1p1
Hi,
I am trying to run openssh 3.1p1. But it is giving "Bad packet length" error
when I run sshd with default config file. On further investigation I found
that the error is coming only for the cipher algorithm "aes128-cbc". Also
the error comes only when I don't specify any protocol file
(/usr/local/etc/ssh_host_[rd]sa_key) or specify only "protocol 2" files.

Wine Clipboard Problem
When I try to copy a piece of text from any X application and paste it in application running under Wine (e.g. Notepad), the russian characters (believe any cyrillic characters) got messed up and are replaced by some kind of unicode characters (e.g.\x{043F}\x{0440}\x{043E}\x{0431}\x{043B}\x{0435}\x{043C}\H). The system locale is KOI8-R, using RedHat FedoraCore 1.0 and wine-20040213.

MS Exchange storage on ZFS?
Has anyone here attempted to store their MS Exchange data store on a
ZFS pool? If so, could you please tell me about your setup? A friend
is looking for a NAS solution, and may be interested in a ZFS box
instead of a netapp or something like that.
Thanks.

PXELinux sporadic hangs searching for config file
Very sporadicially (1 out of every 40-5000 boots), our blade system will
hang indefinately while PXE Linux is attempting to locate it's configuration
file. This is causing our automated testing to hang and generate failures. I
have put more details below. My concerns are threefold:
1) System hangs
2) PXE Linux bootstrap never seems to retry the transaction
3) PXE Linux bootstrap never seems
