It looks as if it does not even see the linux machine as it indicates not seeing "explorer" which is the local netbios name. The Win XP machine does not even show in the log. Hi. I'm having a big trouble. We migrate a NT PDC to a Samba PDC. No problems in migration. Everything works fine. The problem is: I can't add a NT machine to Domain. Simply does not work. XP and W2K works great. I started using Debian Sarge Package 3.0.14. In this version I could not manage groups using the Domain User Manager from NT. So I updated to 3.0.23cpackages from samba.org.

Hello, after an update from Samba 2.2.12 to 3.0.22 and running the daemons 2-3 days my Samba Server freeze the whole Server. First the clients get connection problems, timing out to access the shares and then some minutes later the whole Server freeze, i can't even logon on the console. Only a cold reset is possible.
