Zaptel drivers for Solaris?
I'm looking to build the zaptel drivers on a Solaris 10 X86 box. I've found the driver source code on https://svn.sunlabs.com/svn/solaris-asterisk but this source is posted along with Asterisk 1.2.7.1 Does anyone know of a fresher version? Is this code considered "somewhat ready for prime time use"? Thanks, Frank

Time syncing after VM suspend/resume
Hi all. When resuming guest after suspend, the time is wrong (because the guest doesn't know it has been suspended). Apparently, ntp running on the guest doesn't solve this. At least on Linux system. I read it works on Windows guests. I don't understand why, so I'd appreciate a link to an explanation, but I understand it is out of scope for this list. The HW clock is correct and

sweave question
Hi Everyone: I was having trouble getting the plot size correct when putting a plot in an sweave document. So, I searched on the internet and I found a clever solution where the person uses the cat function to write latex code so he can include the cat code in the chunk and place the plot using width and height. The solution is here: https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/r-help/2009-April/195094.html.

How to create EXT3 file system image from directories?
Hi there, Is there a utility to create an EXT3 file system image from directories? Just like the mkfs.jffs2 which creates a JFFS2 file system image from directories? The "mke2fs -j" only creates the bare bone file system, what I want is to build an image with pre-built content. Thanks, Debbie

Lightbox and RJS
Hi, I am trying to include lightbox functionality in my app, but there is a slight complication. Apparently lightbox initializes all the links to lightbox events on page load. However, in my case, some new links to lightbox events will be rendered to the page through ajax events (obviously this means after the page loads). So I figure I need to find a way to call lightbox''s

LVM 0.9.1beta7 and ext3 0.0.6b
Hi, I've recently been playing about with recent ext3 0.0.6b and lvm 0.9.1 beta7 and am now able to trigger an "Attempt to refile free buffer" assertion. This seems to "only" occur when using ext3 on the root filesystem. Possibly that is related to the fact that the lvm utility I'm using to reproduce this problem is modifying data in /etc. The easist reproduction

Preventing Double Submit?
Hi, I have a sensitive submit button that does a separate credit card payment post in the controller action, which could take ~2 seconds. I want to ensure that if the user double clicks on it, that the controller won''t do two payments. Right now, I do a redirect after the payment succeeds, so a refresh of the page won''t cause a problem but I am worried about multiple requests

Hi, ome of you may know me, i am one of the project admins of a video related opensource project. For playback of Vorbis audio tracks in movies, if being played on M$ via DirectShow, we are currently using the Vorbis decoder filter from Tobias Waldvogel.
