Anyone have management docs for a Samba migration?
I'm helping out a Sun colleague, who has to present a formal proposal and plan to management for Solaris adoption. If anyone has docs for a migration, I'll happily scrub them of any identifying matter for our use, and if it's OK, for addition to the supporting material at samba.org. --dave -- David Collier-Brown, | Always do right. libzfs zfs_create() fails on sun4u daily bits (daily.1110)
I encountered a strange libzfs behavior while testing a zone fix and want to make sure that I found a genuine bug. I''m creating zones whose zonepaths reside in ZFS datasets (i.e., the parent directories of the zones'' zonepaths are ZFS datasets). In this scenario, zoneadm(1M) attempts to create ZFS datasets for zonepaths. zoneadm(1M) has done this for a long time (since

Re: Samba file transfer problem.
You accidentally wrote to the wrong list (this is the developer discussion about code), but we do recognize the problem. I've redirected it... Windows **preserves case** but it does not **honor** case. As far as it's concerned, aaa aaA, aAA, AAA and so on are all the same file, but to confuse you it remembers what case you used when you created it and displays that back to you.

unicode variable and function names?
Dear List, Is it possible to have function names like ? (unicode universal quantifier)? This question is inspired by agda source code, which supports this. http://www.cs.nott.ac.uk/~nad/listings/lib-0.4/Algebra.html It would be handy to use. My guess is, however, that it's not supportet in R. Regards, Steve
