[PATCH] Add option to Move for disabling server position sync on each notify
The new move plugin interface that makes the applications sync to
Xserver position at each move notify, also if it could be considered
important, caused - as negative point - a poor wobbly quality while
moving windows...
That's why some kinds of "forks" were made to disable this new feature
(see the "bouge" plugin), so I decided, instead of use "another" plugin

return(x=x,y=y,prob=prob) hasn't been used in R now?
Dear friends,
Now, when i use the argument return(x=x,y=y,prob=prob) , R displays the
waring message:
Warning message:
The return value for multiple variables wasn't used in: return(x = x, y =

I used the methods of "help.search("return")" and "?return" to get some
help, but didn't find info on it.
Anybody knows how it should be used

kernlab/ ksvm: class.weights & prob.model in binary classification
Hello list,
I am faced with a two-class classification problem with highly asymetric
class sizes (class one: 99%, class two: 1%).
I'd like to obtain a class probability model, also introducing available
information on the class prior.
Calling kernlab/ksvm with the line

select tag helper and option values with html entities prob.
Hi fellow Rails developers,
I am using option tags with a select form helper. One option values is
containing a special character quoted as html-entity ( ä ). When I
provide the option tags to the select tag helper the ampersand gets
quoted automatically. The result is ä which doesn''t look as
expected. Has anybody an idea how to avoid this quoting?
Thanks,

odd error messages coming from val.prob() {Design}
Hi,
after upgrading my R install from 2.5 -> 2.6.1 and performing multiple
iterations of update.packages(), I am getting an odd error when trying to
plot a calibration curve from the val.prob() function in package Design.
when running this function (which used to work) I get the following error

Prob with updating a record with Activeresource object
Hi,
I am updating a record using activeresource object. I get an error "cant
mass assign protected attributes id, created_at , updated_at". This is
because i read a record, modify some values and then update the entry
using object.save( which also updates id, created_at etc). To remove
this error i can include the id, created_at fields in the model file.
But is there a better way to get

Samba over Ssh, prob with Windows

this is actually an issue with Windows but maybe someone knows the
answer from experience. I want to tunnel Samba via Ssh, so I have
attempted to stop all conflicting services on the local Windows
machine (windows vista sp2). In the end the only service I have
stopped is "Server" but when I check netstat -a the system is still
listening on port 139. Can anyone

STATIC_MODES, fft and prob members
Hi Guys,
I've just been looking into STATIC_MODES. My plan is to generate and
store the modes as part of our sound banks when they are encoded.
I have noticed that even with STATIC_MODES turned on, celt_mode_create
still allocs and generates the fft and prob members (via
pitch_state_alloc and quant_prob_alloc respectively). I also notice that
in dump_modes.c, these two members are just

minor prob with spec file
The openssl rpm needs to be installed on the system *before* the
openssh-server rpm is installed. This is because the openssh-server's
post script does the host key generation.
As it is now, the command
rpm -U openss*
intended to install openssh* and openssl* will report that the host
key generation failed. Fix: change

Another prob. w/keygen on Sol8
Hi All,
I'm seeing the same problem reported by Don Cooley
on 3/30/01. Compiling OpenSSH 2.5.2p2 on
Solaris 8, sun4u, 64bit using Sun's Forte 6 C compiler
(-xarch=v9 option), /usr/ccs/bin/make and OpenSSL-0.9.6.
RSA keygen works, DSA fails with Bus Error. I already had DSA keys
generated on my test machine that were generated with
Openssh-2.3.0p1 and trying to start the 2.5.2p2 sshd
