how to create a working certificate for using TLS?
Hi, how can I create a self-signed certificate for asterisk which actually works? I had one that did work, and yesterday it suddenly quit working for no reason. I had to spend hours to create another one that would finally work, and it suddenly quit working today. The certificate verifies just fine with openssl verify -verbose -CAfile ca.crt asterisk.pem Yet asterisk keeps saying:

mariadb: How to delete foreign key constraint from non-existing table?
Hi, somehow phpmyadmin messed things up when I was trying to modify a table. The table disappeared, and now it's impossible to re-create it: MariaDB [time]> create table etikettend_metainfo (userID integer(6) unsigned, stationsnummer integer(4) unsigned, primary key (userID)); ERROR 1005 (HY000): Can't create table `time`.`etikettend_metainfo` (errno: 150 "Foreign key

Opus Stereo for Speech
Hi, I have a question regarding the stereo capabilities of Opus. I would like to establish a connection between two ends via Wi-Fi and the signals that are to be transmitted are of speech kind. It mean on both ends speech is both recorded and played back as stereo. Now would the delay and loss characteristics of the speech transmission at a certain bitrate be the same as Mono voice transmission?

Samba 4.1.0 & ACL performance problem?
Hello all, I've encountered a performance problem and cannot find a solution to this. My searches in the archives or on google does not bring a light to me, so I would like to ask you, what I am doing wrong or what I missed. The problem arises running on samba-4.1.0 compiled from source under Ubuntu Lucid with kernel version 2.6.32-38. I want to copy a million of small files (mostly under

ltsp kernel crash
Hi, I've been using pxe-enabled nic's with an lzpxe-etherboot image generated by rom-o-matic.net to boot a ltsp.org kernel, with dhcp 3 to use if statements to determine which filename option he gives to the pxe/etherboot dhcp client.Explained at http://www.ltsp.org/documentation/pxe.howto.html This works perfectly, except for the fact that you can't use 1 etherboot pxe image for

IAX & WaitExten
Hello list, I've got a problem (maybe only a problem of understanding how * works) with IAX and WaitExten. To simplify the problem I've brought it down to the following scenario: - 3 Asterisk Server A,B and C (central). - A and B both register with C. Now I want to be able to dial an extension at A to become connected to C and there I want to dial an extension to become connected to B.

BUG: File locking and SMBmv
I suspect I've found a bug buried somewhere deep inside the SMBmv code; I have an application, Archicad, which will not allow you to file->save over the top of an existing file, unless you happen to be the (unix) owner of that file. Unix permissions are mode 664, users can otherwise manipulate the files as expected. I've attempted various combinations/ permutations of
