SIP peer disappearing
Hi all, I'm having this weird issue that I can't explain. Maybe someone can explain what is happening. This is a Asterisk install that has been in production for 6+ months. It's version 1.2.10. Couple weeks ago one SIP peer started disappearing randomly. And I mean it simply disappears. One second "sip show peers" shows it, and then it's gone. A simple "sip

great disappearing email mystery
Have there been any issues with dovecot and using outlook express (imap) as an email client? I have had a couple of users come up with random missing emails. Im trying to figure out if it is user error, or something wacky in my mailserver. I cant find anything telling in maillog files or my messages. Dovecot version is 1.0.3. Its ok to reply to me, I get list messages digest.

Cisco 7940 - Disappearing Clock - SOLVED
P.S. I _had_ read the other posts that suggest changing to unicast sntp mode. This didn't help. I eventually setup a new ntp server on my LAN, and used it as a sync source. Everything seems OK now. Obviously a problem with my other ntp server. Cheers. -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Cisco 7940 - Disappearing Clock Date: Thu, 28 Jul 2005 11:50:35 +1000 From: Rod Bacon

Tinc route disappearing after some time
Hello, I have the route created by tinc in router mode disappearing after some time with a rather simple configuration. I want to join two (or more) networks accross the internet, primarily to access network shares. Those networks have their own DHCPs and are autonomous, i.e. not dependent on the VPN connection. I think Tinc in router mode is best suited for my case and this example

Cisco 7940 - Disappearing Clock
This question is not actually * related, but please don't flame me! Is anyone out there using the 7.4 or 7.5 SIP firmware on their Cisco 79xx phones? I have a weird problem where my clock disappears after a period of time, and the only thing that will get it back is a reboot. Has anyone experienced this?

Re: Folder disappears after mounting a share
I am having the same problem. Has anyone found a solution to this yet? At home on my workgroup style network, this works fine. At work on my domain style network, I can connect to most of the computers and servers except a few. When I mount the windows share, the folder I mounted to disappears from Konqueror view. In a terminal window, the folder is not visible either. It doesn't appear

Printers disappearing
Hello people. We have an OLD version of Samba linking a Sun running SunOS 4.1.3 with PCs running Windows 95. Both Samba and the OS are to be upgraded in the next couple of months but until that ahppens we have a problem that I would like some advice on. The problem is the list of defined printers in Windows disappears every now and then. It does not happen for all PCs simultaneously, or

fix for oggdrop disappearing window
Hi, I don't know if this problem has been looked at yet. The latest version of oggdrop I found was at http://www.vorbis.com/files/beta4/windows/oggdrop-1.0beta4.zip. If you whip the window quickly from right to left, the client mouse coordinate in WM_MOUSEMOVE *can* be negative and so the LOWORD and HIWORD macros will cast the mouse coordinates to insanely high 64K-ish values. Then the

SAMBA: winbind ID's disappearing
http://lists.samba.org/archive/samba/2005-October/113181.html This sounds exactly like what I'm experiencing... for the second time. I'm starting to think it happens whenever the AD folks create a new domain in the forest. (we just added our asia pacific region a couple days ago) Did you ever figure out what's happening? How did you resolve the issue? I remember last time I had

[LLVMdev] Disappearing Machine Basic Blocks (for new instruction)
For anyone to have any shot of answering your question, you need to provide more information. To start, please figure out which pass deleted the block, what does the machine function looks like before and after. MS Word document window disappearing in 2003 & 2007 versions
Hi Regularily, I will 'lose' a Word document window. It happens when both single and multiple documents are opened. I will first explain the 2 document case. If I open 2 documents, I can see this fact by looking at the 'window' menu; there, it will say that there are 2 documents open. I can see one document, on screen, but when I try to activate the document that is not seen,

[LLVMdev] Disappearing Machine Basic Blocks (for new instruction)
I have a new instruction that takes 2 labels, and in SelectionDAGISel, I have it doing "CurMBB->addSuccessor()" for both machine blocks. The DAG node it creates also takes both blocks as SDOperands. When I lower to x86, the not-fallthrough block disappears. If I run llc with --fast, the blocks stay around, so it must be an optimization pass of some sort that doesn't realize my

3.0.24 -- Office read only issue, bizarre EAs and disappearing ACLs
Everyone, I have finally resolved the new heartburn 3.0.24 on Ubuntu Feisty was giving me and have stumbled upon some information that might help others out there. I was seeing problems with ACL entries getting mangled and disappearing, Excel making files read only and extended attributes doing bizarre things. The solution revolved around what appears to be a change in how ACLs are managed.

Windows 2008 SBS suddenly disappearing on Xen 4.0.0
Hi all, when running Windows 2008 SBS on Xen 4.0.0, it disappears after some time (longest time I had it running was 20 minutes). In /var/log/xen/qemu-dm-win1.log I find: xc_map_foreign_batch: mmap failed: Cannot allocate memory xc_map_foreign_bulk error 12 Anyone any idea how to troubleshoot this? The Hypervisor has 16 GB of RAM, currently 2 GB are allocated to Dom0. This specific DomU has 8

Disappearing Shares?
I am new to Linux and running SuSE V8.0 with KDE desktop and Samba 2.2.7 on a small bnetwor5k which also has a Windows NT PC and a notebook. On the Linux PC's I have used LinNeighborhood to mount the various shares and can readily view files on the Linux PC's, or on the windoze machines. I have had a number of occasions where I have had to power down my main Linux PC, and far more
