Hi all, I'm running samba 2.2 as a domain master on redhat7.3 os. Just recently we started subneting the network. I have entries for the domain in the dns servers. But for some reason I can't autenticate to the domain. I have noticed when I try to authenticate that the requests are not reaching the server. Every time i try to logon I check the samba log files but i see no activities.

I presently have 17 core.* files in my home directory, all dropped by 'gst-thumbnail'. GDB backtraces are predictably useless, indicating only that the crash came indirectly from libgsttypefindfunctions.so. I don't find anything about this in the CentOS bug tracker. I just tried this with CentOS 5.3 as well, and got exactly the same symptoms and dmesg output. (As a point of comparison, Ubunu 8.04 on my work laptop is able to access the drive.)
