similar to: ext3 0.9.13 for linux 2.4.13-pre6

Hi, I just wanted to compile my kernel 2.4.13 with the ext3-2.4.13-pre6 patch, but it doesn't work. It seems, that the patching failes by replacing some things in a textfile. I have, hopefully, found and fixed the issue with non-kernel binaries that appeared in 3.35. As a result, I have pushed out 3.36-pre6 and am classifying it as a release candidate.
