With sambaSamAccount, do I need an add user script and an add machine script?
Dear Folks,
With Samba 3.0.0 RC1, openldap-2.1.22, with samba as PDC and as much as possible
in LDAP, do I need to write an add user script and an add machine script? Or
does samba handle this itself? Sorry, I'm rather confused about how to go about
setting this all up.

LDAP: add machine script required?
Dear team,
If I use sambaSamAccount with samba 3.0.0 RC1, do I need to define an
add machine script? I want to be able to add machines to the domain
as simply as possible (i.e., "automatically"). So is an add machine
script needed, or does samba contain code to create the accounts
itself?

What I ultimately want to do is have samba expire and force the users to

Simple fix to horrible bug in Samba website CSS
Dear Folks,
For a long time I have been unable to read the menu at the left of
http://samba.org/ in my 1920x1440 display. All the menu items
overwrite each other in a horrible, illegible jumble. I thought it
might be a bug in firefox or something.
Then I investigated, and found that there is actually a serious bug in
the cascading style sheet for the web site. The problem is in

Dear Folks,
We had this assertion failure on Dovecot 2.1.1 on a particular
mailbox.
I upgraded to 2.1.5, and we have the same assertion failure, on the
same mailbox:

question about levelplot panel arrangement
The default arrangement of multiple panels in a lattice plot is from
bottom left to top right. Are there any ways to change that, for example,
from top left to bottom right? Thank you.

e164.org and FWD now have peering arrangement
There is now a peering arrangement between e164.org and FreeWorldDialup
which means any and all subscribers on FWD are now easily able to make
enum calls by prefixing their call with **164, like wise it's almost as
simple to make a call to FWD by hitting 8829990<fwd number>
This means that for those of you wanting to send/receive calls to/from
FWD subscribers you can now do so, easily

arrangement of crowded labels
Dear R users
I'm looking for algorithms that assist in spreading out crowded labels, e.g.
labels of points in a scatter plot, in order to obtain a nicer visual
appearance and better legibility.
I'm probably just stuck because I didn't find the right key words for a
successful search on the R websites or in the mailing list archives.
Any hints are appreciated.

Arrangement of names
Dear R-help members
I would be grateful if anyone could help me with the following problem:

2. I would like to place the plant names (along x-axis, under the bars) in a way that :

Multinomial Logit data arrangement

I am having a hard time attempting to do a multinomial logit modeling in R.
I am trying to analyze a dataset whereby there are 3 scenarios with 4
difference choice parameters. In particular ? I am having a hard time
arranging this into a .csv format. What sorts of headings should I put in
the column headers to reflect the variables and parameters for the total
number of choice made

problems with arrangement of figures by layout function
Hi,
I want to have histograms behind the regression tree figure.
Since 7 leafs resulted from the tree model (rpart), it would be nice to
have correspondent histograms below the tree figure. After a little
study, I could generate the correspondent histogram for each leaf, but
can't figure out how to arrange them in the right place. I tried

Arrangement of Lattice Histograms - Top to bottom and then left to right?
Hi List,
Using Lattice, I have created a plot of histograms showing Fork Length by
Year. The plot shows the histograms in 3 columns and 5 rows. Using the
as.table=T function I can get the years to start on top. However, what I
would like to do is have the first year start in the top left (column 1, row
1; as it is now) and add the subsequent histograms to the plot going down
the column and then
