Hi, Samba 2.2.3a release notes say that utmp is fixed in this version. But doesn't seem to be working with me. I have few of my shares enables with this option and 'utmp directory' is set globally. I'm having problems accessing Samba shares from my XP Pro machine. Samba 2.2.7 is installed on two Redhat 8.0 machines and configured using SWAT. I have user level security and encrypted passwords setup. I have a printer shared on both servers as well as home directories and one restricted access share. Do I *need* to user rpcclient to install drivers on server ? I have already copied drivers to $print/W32X86 directory. I tried using rpcclient with adddriver command.
