Can I make all subnets and all computers to see all computers on all subnets without using WINS? So A should see SS, B and C. Because between MS and SS is very long network

hi, I'm getting a build up of domains in the NetHood. Every time somone plugs into the network w/ a computer on a different domain (usually a laptop) it get's left behind and does not clear out.
