Filter web content in a LAN ?
Hi, I installed a network of five desktops in a small town hall, all running CentOS 5.4. The machines are publicly, and the mayor asked me to find some solution to effectively filter web content, as the kids' first reflex is to visit the interesting bits of the Internet first, from satanism to porn. One of the machines will be set up as a router anyway, since the public computer room

Re: Virt-v2v conversion issue
Ok I understand, so I need to clean all the /usr/local directory or which one I have to clean ? I've tried to compile the 1.27.35, but by reflex I made a make install command, I've seen later the option ./run... What action do you advice me to get a clean install ? Avoiding a loop
Friends. I cannot simplify this much, and I think the loop is unavoidable. As a recovering C programmer I want to avoid loops and in cases like this I almost allways can by using an apply function. But I suspect in this case there is nothing I can do. It is a finance example where a price series is compared to a moving average. If the price goes above the average, plus a bit, buy the

CentOS 7 : network interface renamed from eth0 to eth1 after reboot
Hi, I've done my fair share of CentOS 7 installations, but this is the first time I have this kind of weird problem. Here goes. In my office I have a battered Dell Optiplex 320 PC with two NICs that I'm using as a bare metal sandbox server for testing purposes. The CentOS 7 installer sees the connected network card as eth0. But after the first reboot, the interface comes up as eth1.

Ok, I've removed all the files relating to libguestfs in /usr/local/, but the error message is still the same. Commit module to Git after each Pass
Today it is entirely in llvm. It is even more costly than -print-after-all as it: - print to file - print the entire module (after each basic block, for basic block passes, it will still print the entire module where only one basic block changed) - call git 2 times (add then commit) and wait for them to finish (I even save all the empty commits) The reason I print the entire module is so

Could you format the output so that it is compatible with git fast-import? https://www.git-scm.com/docs/git-fast-import On Thu, Mar 8, 2018 at 2:34 AM, Alexandre Isoard via llvm-dev < llvm-dev at lists.llvm.org> wrote: > Today it is entirely in llvm. Commit module to Git after each Pass
Maybe. I can't compute the diff/patch for git though, it will have to do it itself. Would that still work? I am not sure I will have time to work on improving that. For those who want to try it out I put it there: https://reviews.llvm.org/D44244 And yes, this uses all possible forms of ugly. :-) On Wed, Mar 7, 2018, 18:14 Jeremy Lakeman <Jeremy.Lakeman at gmail.com> wrote: > Could

minimap and Leaderheads not showing up in Civilization IV
Civilization IV Beyond the Sword expansion. I'm using Wine 1.1.44 with the latest intel drivers (2.12.0) and mesa at 7.8.2. OS is GNU/Linux, Gentoo distribution Both the minimap at the lower left corner and leaderheads don't show up, showing just a black section on the screen instead. Also, some artifacts are showing up in forests and jungles. This is very different from the results

[PATCH] Fix fragment function leak.
Hi, This patch fixes a leak when creating fragment functions in some of the plugins. The leak happens when there is a plugin that uses a fragment program with parameters and texture units on only a subset of windows. During screen painting, the allocated param and unit change across windows in the patched plugins, which (because of the mismatch with the previously created and stored function)

Pearson corelation and p-value for matrix
Hi, I was trying to evaluate the pearson correlation and the p-values for an nxm matrix, where each row represents a vector. One way to do it would be to iterate through each row, and find its correlation value( and the p-value) with respect to the other rows. Is there some function by which I can use the matrix as input? Ideally, the output would be an nxn matrix, containing the p-values
