Speex requirements on a TI Davinci / ARM926EJ-Sid(wb)
(Resending since the archive seems to have eaten the text.) I'm working on getting Speex running on a TI Davinci (6441), on both the ARM and the DSP. My immediate goal is to understand the processing requirements on different architectures so that I can properly specific an engineering project. How to add e.g. lines to a zoo plot?
Hi all, a problem I encounter again and again: I plot a zoo object using "plot" and then want to add lines or points to this plot. I usually circumvent this problem by adding artificial coloumns to the zoo object before plotting, but I am sure there's a better solution. To be specific: Assume I did x <-

Samba3/OpenLDAP2.1.x Tools
I'm trying to configure a Samba3/OpenLDAP2.1.x PDC following the very sparse documentation that is out there with little success. My current issue is finding a set of tools that will work successfully with Samba3 and the new samba.schema that works with OpenLDAP2.1.x. I've been trying recently to get the IDEALX tools to work, but without success. Does anyone have any suggestions on

IDEALx tools & OpenLDAP 2.1.x
Since I am trying to learn both Samba3 & OpenLDAP 2.1.x, I found the IDEALx tools very useful, but needing some modifications to work. Here is my post to the IDEALx mailinglist - maybe it's helpful to someone in here (NOTE: I'm using the IDEALx tools from CVS since those are the only ones that work with Samba3 yet): I've modified the Samba tools to work with OpenLDAP

idmap_ad partially stopped working after upgrading Samba from 3.4.3 to 3.6.3
Dear list, upgrading from SLES11 SP1 to SLES11 SP2, I upgraded Samba from 3.4.3 to 3.6.3. I was successfully using idmap_ad to authenticate users but after the upgrade it stopped working and users are not seen by the OS. Obviously the users I want to see on the Linux server have all RFC2307 attributes populated and are seen by all other SLES11 SP1 servers. I checked everything (I know) from the

weighting nlme in multivariate outcome
Dear R-nlme expert We need two pieces of information about the fitting of a nlme model which we cannot extract from the R help files and would be most grateful if you could help us. We fit an energy allocation growth model with 4 parameters to individual growth curves using the nlme routine. We thus have repeated age and size measurements of individuals and therefore allow for random
