Win7 unable to join domain if PDC has a static IP address

Marks SNMP HowTo
I followed Marks SNMP howto on Voip Magazine and ran into a small problem... XP Can't Join Domain
I am running Samba 3.0.2 as a PDC on a Fedora Core 1 machine using openldap as the password backend. I think I've got all the openldap stuff working. I can log in, ssh, etc. using ldap accounts. Hello, i got some clients (WINDOWS7 and WINDOWS10) to connect to samba shares. OS is openSUSE 12.2; 13.1; 42.1 Samba-Version: 3.6.7; 4.1.22; 4.2.4 smb.conf is shown below.
