[PATCH] Fix errors in new Makefile.ams
Josh,
The two Makefile.ams that you added recently:
examples/c/decode/file/Makefile.am
examples/cpp/decode/file/Makefile.am
are generating errors like this:
examples/c/decode/file/Makefile.am:22: blank line following trailing backslash
examples/cpp/decode/file/Makefile.am:22: blank line following trailing backslash
The attached patch fixes these.

Apple's Core Audio File container format
Hi all,
It hasn't really been publicized much yet, but Apple has a new
container file format called CAF:
http://developer.apple.com/documentation/MusicAudio/Reference/CAFSpec/
CAF files current support integer and float PCM formats, A-law,
u-law and a number of others including AAC and Apple's own Apple
Lossless Audio Codec (alac).
I have already implemented support for what I can

[LLVMdev] Status of Ocaml bindings
Hi all,
I'm interested in the LLVM Ocaml bindings so I pulled the current
sources from SVN and built them. When I ran the test suite I got the
following stats:
# of expected passes 2631
# of unexpected failures 7
# of expected failures 11
It looks like some of the failures were due to the Ocaml parts of the
tests:

wiki & our community
I've noticed many people manually entering .. [[User:*|*]] on the talk pages to
sign their contributions..
Just a friendly note that "--~~~~" is shorthand for your signature w/ timestamp.
I just recently learned that, myself.
In addition, I'd like to say how awesome our little community of hackers have
been oven the past week. IRC, email, the lists, and the wiki have

The nice thing is that this single container format can hold audio
data in a number of different encodings. This is also true for
Ogg, but I don't think its true for the FLAC container format.

MP3 to OGG conversion
I've done a little searching of the mailing lists before posting this
and found a few threads on converting from mp3 to ogg but no one that
I've seen ever answers the question.
a .wav file is a digital format is it not? I'm no video/audio guru by
any stretch so if I'm wrong on that point please correct me. But for
this message I'm going to assume .wav is a digital format. .mp3

Hey All,
I'm developing a site on a VPS that comes stock with dovecot 1.2.17 and I'm
trying to setup some functionality that is very specific to our business
model.
My question is this: How do I create (programatically) aliases for a

I have an address, email at domain.com that gets sent to a php script and I
want users to be able to send to that script via any number of

Can't register to Asterisk 1.6 with old Aastra phones
We have a new customer with a lot of old phones like the 9133i. They
won't register, and we see some very strange behavior with them. If
the SIP peer exists, they simply fail silently, with no error in the
CLI or the messages log. Nothing works, but no errors.
If the peer does not exist, it's clear that it's registering improperly:

Confusion of Sieve filter scripts and the file separator. (Amatuer Siever)
Hello,
I have just been playing around with sieve filters to split up all my
incoming mail into the correct directories. I have created some
subdirectories to put mailing list emails in and just want to check if
my thinking is correct. I am using namespaces with the '/' character as
the separator. When creating the fileinto line on my sieve scripts I
thought I would have to use the

describe scope
Hi,
Googling ''RSpec describe scope'' didn''t yield much, so apologies if
this question has been dealt with.
It seem well known that a ruby class is ''visible'' between describes,
and if this is a problem then you should use some counter as prefix or
suffix:
''class Item_001; ... end''
Is there any work underway, or sheduled release where
