Cisco 7911/7941/7970/7971 Softkey XML Files
Hello List,
Does anyone have access to the soft key configuration files for the
Cisco 7911/7941/7970/7971 phones? Checked up on the Cisco site and
didn't find much up there.
Thanks

Cisco 7971 behind NAT
Hi all,
does anyone have any luck using a Cisco 7971 (SIP) behind NAT with two
different accounts on the same server (i.e. two different extensions)?
I am using Cisco-CP7971G-GE/8.3.0 and asterisk V1.4.something.
The phone sends SIP packets from a high-numbered UDP port but expects
a reply on port 5060. Fine, I do some magic with iptables to rewrite
the packets (which limits me to one phone at

Snom 190's vs Softphone
I have been playing with asterisk for a couple of weeks now and I
have been very happy with its performance. However, I have run into a
problem with how I want to deploy this solution.
I have a mix of softphones (SJ and Xlite), ATA's, and a couple of IP
phones (Snom 190). The asterisk box is on the public network. For my
primary users they will reside behind a watchguard 4500 firewall.

Cisco 7970 BLF/Presence
I have been trying to get the 7970 (running SIP firmware) to display presence information about other extensions. Thus far, I have been unsuccessful. Does anyone have BLF working on the SIP-loaded 7941/7961/7970/7971? I have been using the following as a guide for my work:

R-devel (2.14 alpha) Windows binary
Hello,
This question popped up on the bioc-devel list, I'm forwarding it here.
I know that sources for R-2.14 alpha can be found here:
http://cran.r-project.org/src/base-prerelease/
But the OP (below) is asking about Windows binaries.

Unbalanced data in split-plot analysis with aov()
Dear all,
I'm analysing a split-plot experiment, where there are sometimes one or
two values missing. I realized that if the data is slightly unbalanced,
the effect of the subplot-treatment will also appear and be tested
against the mainplot-error term.
I replicated this with the Oats dataset from Yates (1935), contained in
the nlme package, where Variety is on mainplot, and nitro on

Subsetting an array by a vector of dimensions
Hi
Is it possible to subset an n-dimensional array by a vector of n dimensions? E.g. assume I have
> x <- array(1:24, dim=2:4)
> x[1,1,2]
[1] 7
> dims <- c(1,1,2)
I would like a function that I can supply x and dims as parameters to, and have it return 7. Also, I would like to do something like:
> x[1,1,]
[1] 1 7 13 19
> dims2<- c(1,1,NA)
And have a function of x and

Samba 4.0.3 on CentOS 6.3 as PDC.
Any help here? I have included all of the output of the suggested diags that Thomas said I should run, but I admit that I'm not sure what I'm looking for, as I'm not familiar with RPC functionality on Linux. Something is not working with RPC on my Samba 4.0.3 server. (FWIW, it doesn't work with IPTables stopped either.)

These kernel traces all begin with:

Problem with large files
Hi
we have samba 3.0.14a on FreeBSD 5.4.
We tried with different kind of locking and oplocks (both enabled and
disabled).
If we try to copy from a Windows XP client a file larger than 3g, we get
these error:
Cannot copy XXX. The specified network name is no longer available.
We traced this problem in the logs (log level 10) and we got this error
