LKP framework can guarantee that all the software environment are same on AMD and INTEL platform.
INTEL platform always work well, after revert this patch, AMD works well.
we tried below commit on AMD.
1) 25de7691a0e27c29c8d783a22373cc265571f5e9: bad
2) a82235843b102202766115e10003c9465a8b83ae: good
the error logs(build/CMakeFiles/CMakeError.log) has no difference b/w 1) and 2) on AMD platform

rsync returns 23 (RERR_PARTIAL) when a file has been deleted after the list has been created.
All,
I am using rsync to backup a list of files that are in use by an
application. Files can be deleted, created, or modified by the application
whilst rsync is running. I am getting the following output line, in amongst
lots of succesful transfers, when running rsync, :
send_files failed to open //ca/spool/smdiq/005.973416/9734161182.1: No such
file or directory
This then results in an RC of

rsync: Please add an option to ignore vanished files
Hi Everyone,
The following request was received from a Debian user; could you
comment on it? I think this seems reasonable, although the cron
output can be fixed by writing to a temporary file and using grep -v.
(The temporary file is necessary to avoid discarding the exit code,
although that may not be needed in the case of rsync, since it writes
that to stderr).

File that "vanish"es between readdir and stat is not IO error
Using rsync 2.6.0 with --verbose and doing a pull.
>?receiving file list ... readlink "{FILENAME}" failed:
>?No such file or directory
>?done
>?IO error encountered - skipping file deletion
The file was a temporary file that was being deleted just as
the rsync was run. So while the file list was being built,
it was there when the directory was read but had vanished

delete fails to delete everything it should like dangling symlinks
I think someone posted this before, but I can't find it in the archives.
I am using rsync to pull down source files to be compiled. The delete
options are used to clear out any old files left over from previous.
Normally this works. I've run into one case where it persistently fails.
Within the directory created during compiling is a symlink to another
directory, also created during

R2 function from PLS to use a model on test data
Hello,
I am having some trouble using a model I created from plsr (of train) to
analyze each invididual R^2 of the 10 components against the test data. For
example:
mice1 <- plsr(response ~factors, ncomp=10 data=MiceTrain)
R2(mice1) ##this provides the correct R2 for the Train data for 10
components
## Now my next objective is to calculate my model's R2 for each component on

"file has vanished" bug [rsync-HEAD-20040127-1010GMT]
Just ran into this bug when running the latest snapshot from CVS: when
rsyncing from two source directories into a third one, rsync gets
confused about which source file is from which directory, resulting in a
"file vanished" error. See test script below.
Also, is there any consensus on whether using multiple source modules
when pulling from an rsync daemon is going to be ok? I

Multiple line Graphs
Hi Guys,
I am trying to create 20 indivudual line graphs that will be updated on a
weekly bases. I have managed to read in my data from SQL and defined my
loop. I am having difficulty in plotting the data and I think it may have
something to do with the way my data has been read in and maybe I need to
change it in a dataframe?!
Easch graph will be based on PolyNam, so this is defined in the

Issues with VANISHED CHANGEDSINCE
I've been seeing the following wonky behavior with Dovecot. Currently
this is with Dovecot 2.0.19, but I was also seeing it in earlier
versions as well, including versions from the 1.x series. Some
background, this is from Horde's ActiveSync library, when it is trying
to determine what UIDs have recently been expunged. I can guarantee
that when this command was sent, there was

some files vanished before they could be transferred
Hi,
I am getting "rsync warning: some files vanished before they could be
transferred (code 24) at main.c(1039) [sender=3.0.6]" now frequently but
while using rsync version 2.6, I used to get it rarely. Any idea would be
helpful on why rsync 3.0.6 is throwing this warning frequently.
Jignesh.
