What antivirus program is the best for a computer?
I know that Norton might rock, but myself personally, I can't tolerate the way it uses all of my ram and slows my computer down. I use spy bot, but that isn't enough. Is there anyone out there who knows of an antivirus program that will not eat up my bank account or my computer's capacity to function at a normal rate? Thank you for your time......

Re: What antivirus program is the best for a computer?
I was using MaAfee(free version) antivirus. That's good but it makes my pc too slow. I am using kaspersky now. But searching the web I came to know that Bitdefender is the most popular antivirus. It was a beneficial workout for me to go through your web page. It definitely stretches the limits with the mind when you go through very good info and make an effort to interpret it properly.

Support policy CentOS 5
Hi list Can someone tell me what the exact CentOS policy for end-of-life is for 5.0? Let me explain: I have been using RHEL for a number of years and had to switch to Fedora for installing some packages only supported under F6. As I find Fedora's policy for release life duration too stringent (and I do no longer need the packages that made me choose F6), I'm considering switching over

Final Help on setting up x100p
Hi. I have installed a x100p (THE x100p for those who have seen my former post). Now I just want to connect a "normal" phone (not an IP phone) to the card and use it as a sip extension (I have a FWD account)... more clearly: I want to be able to pick up the phone and call any FWD user using my FWD account... receive the FWD calls in that phone, and also to be able to make normal

How can I make a rotative board?
Hi. Can you give me some hints on how I can create a rotational board? I dont even know how to spell it in english. What I want is to have more than one line reserved, but with a single phone number, so that people can call to the same number and get a ringing signal if any of the lines is available, instead of having to dial 5 different numbers in order to get a free line. This is done

Recycle Repository Issue
I have done some searching on the Internet, but not been able to find a solution to my problem. I hope you can help me with this. I have a server at home that runs on FreeBSD 10.3. The file system is ZFS. I have two ZFS pools: tank and fun. I share my ZFS file systems using Samba v4.6.2. When I add recycle bin functionality for a share like below, it work like a charm: [mac] path =

Office 365, Windows 10 and Samba AD
Hello everybody, i found out, that there's a problem with Windows 10, Office 365 and Samba AD. A Win 10 Client, joined to a Samba AD Domain does not allow office 365 to connect to an IMAP Based Mail service. If the AD controller is a windows 2012 R2, this works. Fligner-Killeen test on binary data
Hello, I investigate survival until the following year (0,1) and I wish to test if the variance in survival for two or more groups are significantly different from each other. I read that the Fligner-Killeen test is a non-parametric test which is very robust against departures from normality but is it correct (valuable technique for publication) to use it on binary data? In other

can I use CentOS as a antivirus / spam filter / HTTP AV gateway?
Hi all I've been thinking about using CentOS on a Dell R200 server and turn it into a firewall / network monitor / traffic shaper in our datacentre, instead of using a dedicated firewall device. One of the devices that I have been looking at, with my limited budget, is the D-Link DFL 860 - http://www.netdefend.eu/Product.aspx?m=15&ref=DFL-860 It provides AV, SPI, VPN, DOS, P2P, etc

ControlPlayback can not replay complicated file names
If not sure if I am looking at a bug or expected behaviour as I do not see anything in the documentation. ControlPlayback can not replay complicated file names For example it can replay 1005 but it can not replay 1005-2014-04-08_23:58:17 Playback can replay 1005-2014-04-08_23:58:17 I suspect this relates to how the variables are parsed and parameters set. Does anyone have any further

Fligner-Killeen test on binary data
That's not an R question but a stats question, but I wouldn't do it. For one thing: The variance of binary data is a function of the mean, so the research question is dubious in the first place. Secondly, the test is based on ranking and comparing absolute differences from the group median, which for binary data is generally 0 or 1, so all absolute differences will be 1.... Put
