I am new to wine (using 1.1.27) and linux (using ubuntu 9.04). I did a search on the forum for a mouse problem involving the speed at which I move the mouse. While playing oblivion, if i move the mouse too fast it will stop as if reaching the edge of the screen even though the mouse is actually several inches from the edge of the screen. I can get into everything and the menu, character selection screen, and all of that works just fine; but when the cursor is no longer visible and I start the actual game, my sensitivity is so ridiculously high, it's either facing the sky or at the ground, no matter how slightly I move the mouse. Hi all, after reading some posts here about the mouse escape bug I forced the MouseWarpOverride option in the registry. Now the problem is that the mouse moves back to the center of the screen whatever I do. As I read in another post this is a different bug and to solve it I had to put MouseWarpOverride on disable. Hi, I was wondering upon how some of you think upon some issues upon block policies in firewalls. Basically you can choose a firewall to send resets back as answer upon probes etc to not allowed ports, or you can choose a firewall to drop the packets.
