License manager
Has anyone successfully incorporated a Win95 app that uses FlexLM license manager on a Samba file system. I would be extremely interested in talking with you as we are trying to install Parametric Technology's ProEngineer on our Samba file server. We do have a copy of the Unix version of the license manager, but I am not sure how I can get the Win95 client to talk to it. Any and all

Yet another case preservation question.
Hello all, I'm having a curious case preservation problem. When I searched the archives, I found similar questions asked before, but was unable to find an answer that does the trick. In my case, I have two samba servers. The first is still running version 1.9.17p3 the second is using 2.0.5a. Both servers are on HP-UX 10.20 workstations. The client software we are having a problem with

[LLVMdev] spilling & xmm register usage
Hello everybody, I have stumbled upon a test case (the attached module is a slightly reduced version) that shows extremely reduced performance on linux compared to windows when executed using LLVM's JIT. We narrowed the problem down to the actual code being generated, the source IR on both systems is the same. Try compiling the attached module: llc -O3 -filetype=asm -o BAD.s BAD.ll Under

Moving Win2k into the Samba system
Hey all, I just was wondering if there are any issues I should be aware of before moving Win2k and XP into my Samba loop? I have read the docs available but have found nothing Win2k or XP specific. Lua Push Notification Plugin
Hi Admin, I hope you consider reading and addressing my concern promptly. For the past few days I've been setting up a VPS with cPanel and WHM pre-installed on Bluehost. I want to enable push notification plugin in Dovecot2.3.5. I tried OX and Lua plugins and got errors. For using OX plugin: push_notification_driver = ox:url=http://staging.mydomain.com/mail-notify/v1 user_from_metadata

[LLVMdev] LiveIntervals analysis problem
Hello everyone, please I need your help. To reproduce my problem I created simple pass for backends (TestPass.cpp in attached files). That pass I call from Mips backend in this way (MipsTargetMachine.cpp): bool MipsPassConfig::addPreRegAlloc() { addPass(createTestPass()); return false; } The problem becomes, when I am trying compile file ldtoa.ll (in attached files). Draggable performance issues
Using the script.aculo.us Draggables, I''m noticing they are a bit less than fast. I drag them around on the screen and they jump and glitch to catch up with the mouse. Has anyone else noticed this, and are there any optimizations that have been identified that I can apply? I''m using v. 1.5 Sincerely, Ryan Gahl Design Engineer Camtronics Medical Systems (an Emageon

[LLVMdev] Compiler name: Nāga
Hi, the idea of a dragon theme reminded me of the dragon-like serpents called "Nāga" from Cambodian mythology, among other places. Here's a brief link explaining the specific Cambodian meaning - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naga_(mythology)#N.C4.81gas_in_Cambodia I like this as a name, because it's unique short and easy to type and remember (as long as you omit the accent,

Interesting, my only comment is if we pick this we need to just spell it Naga. Naga are also snake people in D&D (yea... I know). > > Here's a brief link explaining the
