As far as I know, this problem has existed forever, or since I started using wine. I've been looking at these two lines for a long time. My application, SimCity 4 does not appear to have any way to grant the request for a single buffer. Hi! I'm trying to get the Win 95 game "Streets of SimCity" to run under Linux, and have come across an error message that I don't understand. Wondering if anyone can point me towards a possible cause! The game is 3D graphical, and I've just switched in the nVidia driver (previously, while using Nouveau, I got other errors such as that OpenGL was not installed properly).

In my tests of gmax, I downloaded and installed the Building Architect Tool (BAT) for SimCity 4 Deluxe along with the associated Plugin Editor and the Lot Editor. With the exception of reported problems with gmax, all of these execute properly when called. Until we solve the gmax problem, we won't know if the program suite works cohesively. I have installed compiz with metacity support, my metacity libs are 2.16.3 and I used this command to on theme support gconftool-2 -s /apps/gwd/use_metacity_theme -t bool true but I can`t change border of windows in gnome-theme-manager I can change theme only.
