Lotus Notes 7 client
All, I have wine 0.9.44 and a notes 7 client c841w1na.exe. It seems to install ok. But it isn't stable at all. I can't configure up a Personal Home Page from the templates. It crashes when I go to File Preferences anything. There doesn't seem to be a calendar file there and a host of other problems. I continually get screens full of 'err:win:DefWindowProcW called for other process

Cannot compile 3.0.x on Solaris 9
Dear list, is there anyone who successfully compiled a Samba 3.0.X on a Solaris 9 box? I tried severl versions of Samba 3.0.* on five rather differently configured Solaris 9 boxes (Sparc) and ALWAYS get a build error on dynconfig.c Sometimes it seems to be a missing ldap-preprocessor define (which is protested by the compiler although I configured --with-ldap=NO), sometimes it is a header file

Samba 3.0.0 compile problems (with gssapi headers)
Hello, I have a compile problem concerning samba-3.0.0 (final) with gssapi on a Solaris 9 machine. I don't know how to fix this, so any suggestions are welcome. Situation: We use LDAP to authenticate logins of a group of users, so I want to use this LDAP directory also from samba. (Openldap-2.1.22 was compiled with BerkeleyDB.4.1, heimdal-0.6 kerberos, and cyrus-sasl-2.1.13). After a

I'm running WINE ver. 1.1.24 on Ubuntu 8.04. Wine had been running fine when Oblivion crashed and locked my mouse and keyboard up (I wish I had the debug for that but I haven't been able to recreate the crash). I rebooted my machine, reloaded Oblivion and the keyboard was non responsive, the mouse was working but not the keyboard. I checked Opera (I had some prior errors with the keyboard

[Fwd: compile error Samba 3.0.20a Solaris 8]-solved
Hi, I solved following problem by upgrading GCC from version 3.0 to 3.4.2, and compiling samba-3.0.14a instead of 3.0.20a. The only problem I had during "make" with Samba-3.0.14a was: .... Compiling smbd/server.c Linking bin/smbd /usr/ccs/bin/ld: illegal option -- E .... Which was fixed by rename /usr/ccs/bin/ld to ld.sun. With newer version of GCC, I still have following error

Greetings! I'm trying to build Samba3.0beta. I'm running HP-UX 11.11 I'm using GCC 3.2.3 I ran the configure script. Then I ran Make. It crap's out pretty much immediately. Solaris 2.6 rpcsec & MIT krb5-1.3.1 header conflict
Please CC me on replies. Hi. I am trying to compile samba 3.0.0 on a Solaris 2.6 box. I noticed that samba needed MIT Kerberos, so I compiled and installed krb5-1.3.1, I believe, successfully in /usr/local. I now think that may have been a mistake. Trying to compile samba 3.0.0, I get the following: Compiling dynconfig.c In file included from include/includes.h:429, from
