Hello, In my ubuntu with wine I try to install an application that requires fremework. net 1.1. start the setup program detects the lack of. net install automatically. when I try to use the appropriate wizard asks for the name PC password and user name. Can't get past the registration screen. Application seems to lock-up. After inputting my numbers I just get this rather stupid looking white blank box and then rest of application goes into non-response and/or whole computer locks-up. Have set emulator to win2k. On the installation wizard it asks me which group of users will be allowed to administrate the software - meaning Administrators, power users - the Windows XP groups.
