Hi! I received Far Cry 2 to try it and i tested it under wine 1.1.7 The install works, but securom not (a bug has already been filled in), and the game starts with a crack! I had to add some dll's and disable dxgi, but that's not a huge problem. When launching single player, it works and i am ~ 8 seconds ingame, but then it shutds down... In my output i can see this 100 times:

Latest Nvidia drivers for linux has really nice speed boost. Most noticeable when gaming under Wine. When playing some latest games i had weird pauses at some effects. Now all of them are gone and the game I'm playing is almost smooth all the time =) For Ubuntu Deb packages i suggest this PPA for latest Nvidia Drivers. https://launchpad.net/~thefirstm/+archive/ppa

Oi. So. Now we have a version of windows that actually has legit uses for wine. Windows 7 can't run horrifyingly outdated 16bit programs(Such as Exile Escape from the Pit) period. Atleast so Ive herd--and tried and seen to seem to be true. Not to mention a multitude of programs that SHOULD run--but just dont like it(Worms Armageddon, for one... though dunno if it works on wine) Also.
