Nusphere PHPEd 7.0 installed smoothly without any error, but
Hello. Ubuntu 11.10 Wine 1.3.28 Just installed Nusphere PHPEd 7.0 without any trouble. After I double click it, I can see the splash screen and then the main screen. It looks like it can almost work but just when the loading finishes, program quits without any warning or error. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Also I am a Linux newbie, so is there any type of error log for events like

ZBrush 3 Shortcut (ctrl, alt, etc) Issue - sticky keys?
Hi, I was able to get ZBrush 3 running (full version, 7 day grace mode) but none of the ctrl/alt/shift combinations are working like they should. For example, you should be able to hold Control and drag to draw out a mask, and when you press Control, the cursor turns yellow (as it should to denote the mask function) and it looks like it's going to work, but then acts like a normal mouse

[PATCH]Cannot send special keys, such as Ctrl+Alt+Del
Here is the patch useful to send special keys that your graphical user interface intercepts at low level, such as ctrl-alt-del in X Window. This patch adds a command "sendkey" to deal with it in the monitor, you can send keys to the vm. Use - to press several keys simultaneously. Example: sendkey ctrl-alt-f1 Signed-off-by: Dan Xu <dan.d.xu@intel.com> Signed-off-by:

shift, alt, or ctlr + mouse click not working in 0.9.59?
Since the latest wine, I noticed that pressing down shift or alt or ctlr and clicking the mouse doesn't have the intended effect. In games like civ4, shift or alt clicking is used for city queues and selecting multiple units, nether of which work, and in warcraft3, pressing alt will show the health bars of units, but this goes away as soon as the mouse is clicked.

Keys sticking
Hi, I have Ubuntu 8.04 beta and wine-0.9.58, and lately I've noticed after a while that my keys begin to stick after a while playing games in Wine and won't go away even after I close the Wine app (NB this *only* happens in Wine, nowhere else in the OS) The first time this happened it was the 'd' key, the next time it was the down key. The only way I could stop it (that I could

RH 7.1 and Ctrl+Alt+Del [off topic]
I know this isn't samba problem, but I hope that You'll understand. I have RH 7.1 installed (Kernel 2.4.2-2) and I have strange, funny but really dangerous problem. In every moment (even when there is login screen) in text mode when I press Ctrl+Alt+Del my machine simply shuts down. Is there any fix for this? PZDRWM Szmoyn

How Auto Start Greeter on Ctrl-Alt-F8?
Ctrl-Alt-F7 automatically starts with a gdm greeter. I would like Ctrl-Alt-F8 to be the same, but I cannot figure it out. Would you offer some tips? The purpose is to allow others to simply switch over and log into a machine without bothering the current X session and/or leaving me logged in the F8 so X is running and waiting for me. -- Sincerely, John Thomas

Centos 7 | Rebind ctrl + alt + f# keystroke to application
Hello, I am new to Centos and this mailing list. I have an application (IntelliJ IDEA) which uses the ctrl+alt+f# key combinations to provide shortcuts. The keystrokes are bind to the ttys virtual consoles. Is there anyway to rebind the keystrokes to the application? I tried the following solution (xorg.conf edit) but my PC freezes during boot process. I had to rollback the xorg.conf changes
