Had a previous problem with a program not installing, in Wine, correctly, so I uninstalled Wine, but had to manually delete the Wine menu items in the Gnome 'Applications' menu list. Good evening I?ve installed visio2003 with the lastest version of Wine 1.1.29. So far it seems to work fine, except when it comes to opening vsd files. It takes forever to render and load all the vsd objects. I?m using a macbook pro with a 2.6 Ghz processor and 4 Ghz RAM. Does anybody have a clue why .vsd files take so long to render and edit?

I've tried making a symbolic link to the device from my dosdevices directory ln -s /dev/disk3 x: but the program still doesn't recognise it. This program currently works on winxp.
