I am trying to install the Codeweavers version of wine (pre-release 2) and I am having problems. When I try to install (using rpm), I get the message "installing package codeweavers-wine-20010112-1 needs 7Mb on the / filesystem". I am using the version of wine that came with RedHat 7.2. I just noticed that Codeweavers has their own distribution of wine that includes what looks like a convenient setup configuration utility. Hi, Sorry to bug people with this what must be a very trivial question. I've got a Mandrake 8.0 installation and have been trying in vain to get CodeWeavers Wine (preview #3) installed. I've downloaded and installed the 'blessed' version of itcl from the CodeWeaver's website (itcl-8.3.2-7mdk.i586.rpm) and am still getting the itcl not found error when I try to run winesetup.

is there a difference between versions on the winehq site and the codeweavers aside from codeweaver's easy installation code? ie. will one version tend to run more programs than the other? -- JT

Hi Guys, I have a problem with IE6. Using any version of prototype and any version of scriptaculous IE loses the ability to select text by dragging the text cursor over it. You can double/treble click text, or use shift and the arrow keys but you cannot use the mouse. This applies to text in both input and fixed elements.
