System hangs up every day
Hello everybody
Unfortunately my problem still doesn't have any solution.
But I have an interesting observation. The gateway freezes very quickly, if torrent client programs are running on workstations.
I assume the cause of the problem consists in many number of TCP/IP connections that torrent client establishes.
Any ideas?
Maybe I can tune somehow a TCP/IP via kernel, sysctl or pf settings?

kernel-4.9.37-29.el7 (and el6)
Are the testing kernels (kernel-4.9.37-29.el7 and kernel-4.9.37-29.el6,
with the one config file change) working for everyone:
(turn off: CONFIG_IO_STRICT_DEVMEM)
If we don't hear any negative comments by Wednesday July 19th, 2017 then
we are going to push those to updates as they solve iscsi issues with
some hardware and don't seem to impact anything else based on limited
testing.

Xen 4.1-unstable VGA Passthrough Kernel Panic
Dear Weidong, Pasi, and Xen developers,
I have just applied the Intel gfx passthrough patches from
http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-devel/2009-08/msg01176.html
(Aug 2009 version) to Xen 4.1-unstable but it results in a kernel panic
on CPU 0 (Fatal Page Fault). I have just made a short video clip (17
secs only) and uploaded it to my Youtube account. Please watch my short

Problems with scsi-target-utils when hosted on dom0 centos 7 xen box
Hello
We were attempting to use scsi-target-utils, hosted on a xen dom0 vm
using localhost, and running into some problems. I was not able to
reproduce this on a centos 7.2 server using the default kernel.
(From dmesg)

conn error (1022)

Problems with scsi-target-utils when hosted on dom0 centos 7 xen box
By natively, I take it using
kernel /vmlinuz (vs kernel /xen)
Not yet, but working on setting up such an environment.
(At this time, I was using virt-install to reproduce the problem, and
the original server we are testing on did not support kvm but the 2nd
server does).

Kernel panic - not syncing: CPU context corrupt
Hi,
Is there someone on this mailing list who could/want help me figure out
this issue? We do not know where to look to solve this.
--- Description ---
This is a brand new server, which has been tested for days with FreeBSD
in our office, and a few days with Windows on the site of our hardware
distributor. Now customer wants CentOS, which we installed, but after
few days we get a kernel panic.

Documentation file for ifcfg options
Sometime in the past two weeks, Some kind person pointed me to a GREAT
document file that explained all those commands you find in the ifcfg-*
files and the network file (and others, I believe).
It was a great help to me, and now I need it again, and I did not write
down the file location, nor can I find that original note. My bad, I am
busy documenting everything I can now.
But I really

Xen 4.3.1 / Linux 3.12 panic
Hej folks,
I''ve been trying to get a new machine up and running with the latest Xen for a while on a Slackware64 (current) machine.
After installing Xen from source and building a new kernel with all xen options enabled I haven''t been able to get the machine to behave.
The machine is a brand new dual opteron 6212 on a Supermicro H8DGi board with 64G ECC memory.

CentOS 5.2 kickstart install with latest updates
Hi,
The CentOS 5.2 release notes contain this warning:
"A kickstart installation that attempts to use the *repo* directive (where
that *repo* points to an updates repository) may fail to properly install."
This is exactly the method that I had been using with CentOS 5.1 :-) What is
the right way to achieve this now? Is adding a repository in the %post
section of the kickstart file and

kickstart install on SAN with multipath
Using CentOS 5.1, though with a few hours work I could update
to 5.2.. I can install to SAN with a single path no problem
but I'd like to be able to use dm-multipath. From the kickstart
docs it seems this is supported but there is no information
as to what the various options mean

rpmstrap/rpmbootstrap to boostrap CentOS 5
Hi,
Is there any working script, similar to deboostrap, for CentOS 5?
I have found rpmstrap [1] at RPMforge.. but only works for CentOS-4, and
appears that's out of date.
thanks!
