[RFT 11/13] net: wireless: rtl818x: Constify ioreadX() iomem argument (as in generic implementation)
The ioreadX() helpers have inconsistent interface. On some architectures void *__iomem address argument is a pointer to const, on some not. Implementations of ioreadX() do not modify the memory under the address so they can be converted to a "const" version for const-safety and consistency among architectures. Sangoma U100 failing every Monday - USB port problem or Wanrouter issue?
Hi Everyone, We are using two Sangoma U100 (USB FXO) units connected to an Acer Aspire Revo (little PC running on Atom). The units work beautifully except for Monday :-) It maybe a conincedence or maybe the fact that Saturday/Sunday is off and something happens where one of these U100 modules goes into sleep and that's when all the 4 Dahdi channels are lost. So, I have been getting Monday

running a cheap Acer Aspire one 722, 2gb ram, dual core 1ghz, swapped the HDD for a SSD. it's running fedora 21 LXDE. it's fast, powerful enough for working on the move and boots / shuts down in about 10 seconds flat. I also had Centos7 on here before but Fedora has better support for multimedia in my opinion. ran into one issue about waking the netbook after sleeping. ended up

Problems with Acer netbook freezing on syslinux bootup

I currently have an Acer Aspire One which has issues with syslinux 4.06 When I try and make a usb bootable install key using common automated programs under windows (Universal USB installer from Pendrivelinux, LiLi and unetbootin), they all fail when booted on the netbook. Now, I know it's an issue with syslinux for many

Problems booting Samsung NC20 netbook with pxelinux
Hi, I'm trying to a boot a Samsung NC20 netbook (VIA Nano CPU, VX800 chipset) via pxelinux, using the files from the netboot.tar.gz Debian installer. I also haven't used pxelinux before, so I even don't know what I am supposed to see :-) Any idea what is

Installing Final Fantasy XI on Ubuntu 10.04 Netbook Remix
Hello Wine Forum Members, This is my first post and I am looking forward to many more. My first initial question is: Is it possible to run FFXI on Ubuntu 10.04 Netbook Remix? I've seen some earlier posts about running FFXI on 10.04, but I haven't found anything where someone would be trying on something much smaller. I am new with ubuntu and Wine. So if this is possible is there some kind
