Where is clustat
I thought I've installed the clustering tools, but when I attempt to run clustat, it says it doesn't exist. When I installed the suite, I ran: yum install -y GFS GFS-kernel-smp magma-plugins fence dlm dlm-kernel-smp gulm cman cman-kernel-smp CCSD is running and when I "cat /proc/cluster/nodes", I see my three nodes. Does anyone see the package that I missed for

cs & gfs
Hi all, I was informed[1] that gfs & rhcs packages are in the works but that there are some problems with the code. What are these problems? Can we do anything to help test / solve them? Update csgfs without breaking things
Now that the csgfs repo has been updated to support the new kernel, I'm looking at doing updates again. I just want to do it without breaking things (if possible). I can handle doing a bit of trial and error, but I figure that if you guys can point out any obvious pitfalls, that can save me quite a bit of time. I'm looking at doing the following install/update:

Sync of csgfs and current centos 4 updates
Hi list, I've been trying to update my csgfs stuff to 4.7 this week but I notice that current csgfs is built against kernel-2.6.9-78.0.1 and is required as a dependence, right now current kernel is 2.6.9-78.0.5 it would be great if csgfs can be rebuilt or updated to this, so dependences works ok??? Best regards

RE: MeetMe freezes machine with Junghanns
Dollars to donuts it is related to these two posts, but no one seems to know where or why it happens - this issue doesn't seem to be related to one specific piece of hardware: Post 1) ********************************************************* Anyone ever seen MeetMe cause * to crash? Specifically, it happens consistantly if someone begins to enter a conference and then decides to hangup while

Cable Internet problem when Shorewall started
I just switched from a Magma DSL connection to a Rogers cable connection, but I am unable to access the Internet (resolve hosts) when Shorewall is started. I am not dropping packets destined for the ports by which Rogers sets the ip address, nor do I filter others which Rogers uses. In fact, I removed all of that from /etc/shorewall/rules and restarted Shorewall, but without success. I am

Hangup while accessing Samba from NT4 W/S
Running Samba 1.9.17p4 under Linux RH5.0 (a little old, I know, and we will be upgrading before too long, but that's the way it is right now). The network (actually two subnets multi-homed in the Linux machine) consists of the Linux machine, several W95 machines and several NT4 Workstation machines. My problem is that the NT4 machines hang up for a while (approx 15 secs) under certain

Bug#286532: dnsmasq: misses message for DHCPINFORM due to 283331 fix
Package: logcheck-database Version: 1.2.32 Severity: normal Tags: patch The fix for 283331 exposed a bug in the dnsmasq rules. The rule was looking for DHCPINFO, but the actual message is DHCPINFORM. Prior to the 283331 fix, the old rule worked, because the "[()[:alnum:]]+" part of the rule matched the "RM" at the end of DHCPINFORM. -- System Information: Debian Release:

Problems with csgfs after update
Hi all, Today I have update Centos cluster suite and my test cluster does not startup. When ccsd service tries to start returns this error: [root at srvimss1 lib]# ccsd Failed to connect to cluster manager. Hint: Magma plugins are not in the right spot. When I run magma_tools config plugindir returns me this setup: /lib/magma. This directory does not exists. How can I fix this problem???

reshaping pairs of columns
Given a data frame consisting of a pointID and 12 pairs of (lat, long) variables, with names latA, longA, latB, longB, ... latL, longL, I want to reshape it into a data frame with the structure point source lat long 1 A ... ... 1 B ... ... I've looked at reshape and plyr, but can't figure out how to do this. Details of my data frame are below
