Hi I am using R 2.2.1 under Linux (SuSE 10) and would like to know if it is possible to create graphs, i.e. jpeg(filename=fn) try( coplot( mor$I_Morisita ~ mor$Year | mor$RunStr, show.given=FALSE) ) dev.off() from a text console? It gives me an error message on the jpeg() command: Error in X11(..snip..) unable to start device jpeg In addition: warning message: unable to open connection to

Zaptel errors (power alarm?)
We've been having lost dialtone problems on one of our analog station ports. Just before rebooting this time I noticed these in our dmesg output....once the PBX comes back I'll get the times, but I can't help but think this must have something to do with it. Anyone? Do we need to have digium send us a replacement part? Ouch, part reset, quickly restoring reality (1) Power alarm

Match directive can't recognize capital letters
Hi, There seems to be an issue when using `Match` and `Hostname` directives including capital letters. e.g. # .ssh/config # # Match host remotehost # User alice # Host remotehost # User bob # ssh remotehost #=> Apply "User alice" # .ssh/config # # Match host RemoteHost # User alice # Host RemoteHost # User bob # ssh RemoteHost # =>

3.3.10 <-> AD 2008 R2 very slow
Hi again, I changed from 3.4.5 to 3.3.10 after an AD upgrade to 2008R2 and prinitng is working mor ore less but it is incredibly sloooow. My server has no remarkable load so it is not due to hardware bottlenecks. Are there any ways to 'tune' 3.3.10 or any tricks to make it faster ? cheers ~christoph -- /* Christoph Beyer | Office: Building 2b / 23 *\ * DESY

Flag to turn off host-key check
Let me start by saying that I think OpenSSH is a great tool and thanks to everyone contributing to it's existence. However, I have a request: I'd like to have a flag that ignores the check of the host key. I'm fully aware of that this opens up for man-in-the-middle attacks and that there is a risk of lazy users mis-using this feature, but it would be very useful for us using SSH in a

[LLVMdev] Proposal for a new LLVM concurrency memory model
One question I had for LLVM folks while we were working on this: does it make sense to transition the atomic operations to instructions instead of intrinsics? I'm not sold on this in either direction, I'd just like to get people's thoughts on it. Certainly for languages such as Java, they will make up a surprisingly large chunk of the loads and stores, and instructions have much mor

Asterisk and SER differences
Hello All, I have been trying to do a lot of reading lately on the Asterisk project, and I would like to know of someone could tell me mor about the PRO's and CON's between ASTERISK and SER?
