selinux contexts for openntpd portable
I was wondering if someone could help with selinux context for the portable openntpd library on centos7. I compiled openntpd-6.0p1 and it runs great on centos7, but have not had much luck with selinux contexts for it. This is what I tried- semanage fcontext -a -t ntp_conf_t /usr/local/etc/ntpd.conf # seems to work semanage fcontext -a -t ntpd_exec_t /usr/local/sbin/ntpd # gets reset on

function on factors - how best to proceed
Sorry about this one being long, and I apologise beforehand if there is something obvious here that I have missed. I am new to creating my own functions in R, and I am uncertain of how they work. I have a data set that I have read into a data frame: > gctable[1:5,] refseq geometry X60_origin X60_terminus length kingdom 1 NC_009484 cir 1790000 773000 3389227 Bacteria 2

Bug#258427: logcheck/logtail didn't detect tampering logfile
Package: logcheck wanted to work on #195935, but found a less than funny issue, easy to reproduce: * remove some lines in front of your logfile * invoke logcheck you'll get a big email with all not matching lines from that log. not setting that to high priority because you are getting also the newer loglines. don't know if i find time that weekend. wanted to document it anyways. a++

Bug#312376: /etc/logcheck/logcheck.ignore is no longer read
Package: logcheck Version: 1.2.39 Severity: normal Since I've upgraded my servers to sarge, I'm getting mail every hour for stuff that was duly included in /etc/logcheck/logcheck.ignore. Turns out that sarge's version no longer reads that file. If this was a conscious decision, then there should be some warning about this when upgrading (via debconf of NEWS.Debian). Also, the

Reg. I/O callbacks.
Supposing I want to use the File decoder., and set the I/O callbacks. How do I do it? The API (version 1.1.2) documentation gives functions to set the ``write``, ``metadata`` and ``error`` callback. What about the ``read``., ``eof``, etc. callbacks. If i'm using the file decoder., can i still use the functions from the stream_decoder_set_* for this? -- Joe Steeve (http://www.joesteeve.org/)
