Problems with Unitek Alpha 1000 Ps
Hello to all list members, I'm trying to make my UPS work with nut-2.2.2 (using Debian Testing, but compiled from source code) for a week ago, with not success. It's a Unitek Alpha 1000Ps, and I supossed it would work with megatec_usb driver, as other Unitek models. It has an USB interface, and when I plug it into my system I've got this message: chopito:/home/jordi# dmesg | tail

Need help with Unitek Alpha 1200sx.
Hi, I'm new to NUT. I've installed Fedora 8 and NUt along with it. I'm now having a go at getting my Unitek Alpha 1200sx UPS to work and shutdown the box automatically. I know this isn't officially supported but I'm trying my luck... I've seen that other Unitek UPSs use the 'megatec' driver however I'm unsure whether this will do the trick. My UPS comes with a

INFOSEC 500 XP usb support
Hi everybody, In a christmas sequel I've been offered one of the units mentioned above. I've tried to connect it to my Fedora 8 workstation but rapidly concluded it's not yet supported by NUT. So far, I've decompiled the Java classes of the manufacturer's application and noticed that it's most probably yet another kind of serial protocol through the USB. Since

usbhid-ups not loading with Arduino Leonardo on Ubuntu 23.10
Apologies for the long post. I'm trying to include what I hope are the relevant bits (output of lsusb -v and usbhid-ups) Long term goal: I've got a DIY UPS that I would like to get working with my QNAP NAS (which uses Linux and NUT underneath the hood) Immediate short-term problem: I can't get past running usbhid-ups on Ubuntu 23.10 with an Arduino Leonardo. I have an Arduino Micro

Greetings, Any suggestions? I think I'm close but I can't quite get tripplite_usb to talk to my OMNI1000LCD. I'm new to NUT and couldn't find an answer using Google. With any luck, I've simply missed the obvious. The system I'm using, kaylee, is a debian stable system with some debian testing installed and a 2.6.15.4 kernel.
