Tripp-Lite AVR-900U
Greetings. I have a Tripp-Lite AVR-900U that I am trying to get work with NUT. (I rather naively bought the thing assuming that since NUT worked with the AVR-750U, that the same would be so of this model.) Here's what I've got so far: # upsdrvctl start Network UPS Tools - UPS driver controller 2.4.3 Network UPS Tools - Generic HID driver 0.34 (2.4.3) USB communication driver 0.31 This

Hi, I'm running the latest stable nut (2.4.3). It doesn't appear to provide support for the Tripp Lite SmartOnline SU1000XLA. Tripp-Lite SMART1000LCD usbhid failed to claim USB device
Trying to get a Tripp-Lite to work with nut--Ubuntu 10.10. I was getting the error message "unable to claim USB device", tried to unbind the drivers to that device, and had the following delightful experience. In short, continue to get the same problem, and the drivers bound themselves back. Any suggestions? ----------- usb.conf has the following: [Tripp-Lite] driver = usbhid-ups port

Tripp Lite SMART1000RM2U
Hi, I recently purchased a Tripp Lite SMART1000RM2U UPS (http://www.tripplite.com/en/products/model.cfm?txtSeriesID=744&txtModelID=2657) and tried to configure the NUT with tripplite_usb driver and encounter the following problems: 1. battery.charge doesn't report correct charge level when the UPS is On Batter. It just reports 0. Even though it will report 100 when on line power. 2. I

no serial number for Tripp-Lite SMART3000RM2U?
I'm trying to set up a single host to monitor the state of several UPS in my data center. I have a mix of several APC and Tripp-Lite in production. The former are great, the latter are not so much. With the APCs (using usbhid-ups), I can set up configs for each based on the value they report from ups.serial. With the Tripp-Lites (using tripplite_usb), there is no value returned for

UPS Tripp Lite Internet 350 SER
I have been working on supporting the TrippLite Internet350SER (serial connection only using communication protocol 1004) in nuts.2.4.1. I sent a patch around 2009/11/9. I just look at the 2.4.3 release and the support for this model does not look to be added in either tripplite driver. Can I help to add support in the project? -- Pat This electronic message may contain proprietary and

Tripp Lite SMART2200RMXL2U and Fedora Core 6 (NUT 2.0.3)?
Hi, I'm running Fedora Core 6 and need to monitor a Tripp Lite SMART2200RMXL2U. I've loaded the nut-2.0.3-2.1 RPM. The UPS is connected via the provided USB cable, and that much appears to work: # dmesg | grep -i tripp hiddev96: USB HID v1.10 Device [Tripp Lite TRIPP LITE SMART2200RMXL2U ] on usb-0000:00:1f.4-2 # lspci | grep -i usb 00:1f.4 USB Controller: Intel Corporation 82801BA/BAM

Support for Tripp-Lite AVRX550U
Since version 2.0.5 the AVR550U is supported. The X version however is not. The difference, as far as I can see, is the voltage 120V (non-X) vs 230V (X). Is there a way to fake the productid of the X version? Or, alternatively will the X version be supported in the future? Tripp Lite Smart Pro SMX1500SLT / SMARTINT1500 - not identified via serial port
I have an SMX1500SLT running on USB just fine. I not want to buy/add a SMARTINT1500. However before doing so I was trying to make sure there was a chance it would work under Nut. The SMX1500SLT has both serial and USB, but the SMARTINT1500 has only serial. I was therefore trying to switch the SMX1500SLT to serial to ensure the server comms were ok, and that there was some chance that the

your Tripp-Lite AVR550U
Hi Patrick, in February, you tried to post the below message to the nut-upsuser list, but the post was rejected because you were not subscribed to the list. Unfortunately, you did not subscribe and re-post it. Anyway, I have been working on Tripp-Lite support for newhidups recently, and I wonder if you have any feedback. Did you ever get this device to work? >From the information you sent,
