E1 PRI configuration: DAHDI and LIBPRI
Hi All; I have an E1 card with two ports for ISDN PRI. Do I need to install DAHDI in addition to LIBPRI? For placing outside calls (outgoing) via the PRI, then in the extension.exe file, I will use the Dial function? But how can I determine that I need to use the PRI channels and not the analoge channels? Last point: how can I know that asterisk is containing libpri? In other words, how can I

Intermittent DAHDI issue with a PRI line causing asterisk to crash!
Hello all, I've got an intermittent issue with my asterisk set-up, and I'm pulling my hair out! Mostly everything works fine, but I get an error once every few days that sometimes (but not always) causes asterisk to stop accepting new calls and also stop responding to commands on the console (asterisk -r). The usual errors look something like this: [Feb 19 13:09:52] ERROR[18728]

R Crashes when using "large" matrices (Ubuntu 11.04)
Sorry for re-posting, but the original one ended up inside a previous and unrelated thread. -- Matias ----- Hello, This simple SVD calculation (commands are copied immediately below) crashes on my Ubuntu machine (R 2.13.0). However it works fine on my Windows 7 machine, so I suspect there's a problem with (my?) Ubuntu and / or R. Can anybody else reproduce it (with Ubuntu 11.04)? Thanks

ISDN-FAX with Asterisk
Hi everybody, since some time I am looking for a current and reliable solution to send and receive faxes (probably fax-2-mail and mail-2-fax) in conjunction with Asterisk. For testing I am using a HFC-ISDN passive PCI-card, in production a Digium Dual T1/E1 PCI-card will be used. I run CentOS 5.5 (Kernel 2.6.18) and Asterisk 1.4 (but I also can use 1.8) but did not find any solution where I

I'm trying to get my Sangoma B600 working with Asterisk 1.6.1 and DAHDI 2.2. I've tried running ./Setup dahdi (and with --64-bit_4GB flag, running amd64) and the compile fails with this for many versions of the driver (incl. 3.3.16, 3.3.16.22, and 3.4.1): Building modules, stage 2.
