Hi, We are currently trying to setup Asterisk with iBasis. One question/problem we have is that Ibasis has told us to send the INVITEs to one IP address and all media to a different IP address. How can we do that in Asterisk? Thanks

The scenario we have is fax send/recieve software that ONLY talks T38 and an asterisk box. We have ITSP providers that do NOT talk T38 but G711 only. Does asterisk have the capability to take the T38 call from an ATA or T38 software then bridge/transcode it and do G711 out to the PSTN providers? If not is there another product PAID or FREE software or hardware that can do this easily and

I can see both spandsp-0.0.6pre17.tgz and spandsp-0.0.6pre18.tgz here (http://www.soft-switch.org/downloads/spandsp/) but I couldn't find a changelog documenting differences between them. Hi, I remember seeing a T38 Gateway application for Asterisk 1.6 floating around, but I can't seem to find it again. Does anyone have any pointers to it? I really want to be able to send an incoming T38 connection directly to the PSTN. Thanks. -- James
