[PATCH] nouveau: add framebuffer validation callback
Fixes assertions when trying to attach textures to fbs with formats not supported by the render engines. See https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73459 Signed-off-by: Ilia Mirkin <imirkin at alum.mit.edu> --- In a perfect world I'd have separate callbacks for depth and color, but given the list of supported values, I don't think this matters. Also I used

nlme trouble
I am not certain how nlme works so I followed an example from the web ( http://www.menne-biomed.de/gastempt/gastempt1.html). I was able to successfully reproduce the example. However, when I modified my the example to use my data and with my formula, I get a set of errors having to do with the log() function. I get 10 of them (all exactly the same) and there are 10 levels in my factor variable.

Error message in lmer
Dear list I try to run a bootstrap with lmer. I often, but not always, get the error message: Error in objective(.par, ...) : Leading minor of order 6 in downdated X'X is not positive definite (with the number (here 6) varying) In R-archives I came across some threads that treated this problem, nevertheless they refer to lmer when using it with family = "binomial", so the

isolinux needing mkisofs
Due to limitations of equipment, I have need of using the isolinux boot loader with .iso files generated by roxio. After trying (and of course failing) with an off the shelf version of isolinux, I grabbed the source for isolinux (syslinux 2.11 package) and started looking. It took a few hours to orient myself, but I ended up doing the modification below to isolinux.asm. I then had to write

matrix with different type of column [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]
Hi, I would like to create a matrix. Say 5*4. The first column is integer, the second column is date, the third column is character and the rest columns are integers. So it's a combination of different types. I am wondering how can I do that? "matrix" command only allow one type. ********************************************************************************* This e-mail message

Generating a "conditional time" variable
Hi everyone, Please forgive me if my question is simple and my code terrible, I'm new to R. I am not looking for a ready-made answer, but I would really appreciate it if someone could share conceptual hints for programming, or point me toward an R function/package that could speed up my processing time. Thanks a lot for your help! ## My dataframe includes the variables 'year',

Dear all, I am stuck the reading of a file which has 100s of rows and variable column counts. Asterisk fax problems with spandsp
Hi All I am using asterisk version cvs-v1-0-04/15/05 and spandsp 0.0.2pre18. I can receive and then email most faxes without issues, but recently I am having this issue when receiving faxes from a particular person. I can receive the faxes ok, but there are alot of bad rows as indicated by my logs below and the fax is not readable. I have included a good (from another user) and a bad fax. We

conditional with and operators
Hi, I have a problem in which I am parsing data from a list. I am simply trying to return data that has several conditions being true. Here is my syntax below: d<-sapply(res,function(.df){(.df$TimesVisited[.df$Tick>912 && .df$Id>0])}) #res is the list, and I am trying to return a result that has two true conditions (that is the variable Tick should be greate than 912 and Id

shutdown by o2net_idle_timer causes Xen to hang
Hello, we've had some serious trouble with a two-node Xen-based OCFS2 cluster. In brief: we had two incidents where one node detects an idle timeout and shuts the other node down which causes the other node and the Dom0 to hang. Both times this could only be resolved by rebooting the whole machine using the built-in IPMI card. All machines (including the other DomUs) run Centos 5.2

Output of binary representation
I am interested in studying the binary representation of numerics (doubles) in R, so am looking for possibilities of output of the internal binary representations. sprintf() with format "a" or "A" is halfway there: sprintf("%A",pi) # [1] "0X1.921FB54442D18P+1" but it is in hex. The following illustrate the sort of thing I want: 1.1001 0010 0001 1111
