ZFS mirror and sun STK 2540 FC array
Hi all, we have just bought a sun X2200M2 (4GB / 2 opteron 2214 / 2 disks 250GB SATA2, solaris 10 update 4) and a sun STK 2540 FC array (8 disks SAS 146 GB, 1 raid controller). The server is attached to the array with a single 4 Gb Fibre Channel link. I want to make a mirror using ZFS with this array. I have created 2 volumes on the array in RAID0 (stripe of 128 KB) presented to the host

MGCP FXO endpoint
I have a fxo endpoint installed in a Cisco router. I would like in my dialplan to get an extension call a telephone number through that fxo endpoint. Since with zaptel channels it is done like: exten => 0999,1,Dial(DAHDI/2-1/111) --> being 111 the phone number I want to call. I thought that for mgcp it would be the same, and I did: exten => 5200,1,Dial(MGCP/aaln/S0/SU3/0 at

Getting the window having the focus
Greetings! I'm currently gathering information that helps software in assessing the user's context. One very important such data would be the application that the user is currently working with which mostly is roughly equivalent to the name of the window that has the focus. Unfortunately I'm at a loss even about which API to ask for this information. As personally I am using compiz as

Oh! In that case ignore it. Asterisk won't rebind the adapter if you've only changed parameters. ggplot2-ddply question
Hi all: I am trying to use the ddply function to estimate the mean of 'Total','Fry','Smolt' and 'Fry.Eq' columns without success. I have the dput of my dataset below. I wonder if someone can give me a hand with this function. # dput(winter) winter <-structure(list(IDDate = structure(c(37L, 48L, 59L, 62L, 63L, 64L, 65L, 66L, 67L, 38L, 39L, 40L, 41L, 42L, 43L,

Crash and Assertion Error
I've attached two backtraces, one from a segfault and another from an assertion error in imap. I've seen a couple of the same assertion and this is the only segfault. It looks like they could be related. They both have to do with indexing anyway... The code is from CVS as of May 30. The segfault happened while imap was doing searches for my pine filters. I've also noticed that in

Remove
Hello, I would like to remove some files which have the extension .test for example (data1.test, data2.test ....). Is there another solution to remove them instead of doing it one by one ? Filesystem won't mount because of "unsupported optional features (80)"
I made a filesystem (mke2fs -j) on a logical volume under kernel 2.6.20 on a 64-bit based system, and when I try to mount it, ext3 complains with EXT3-fs: dm-1: couldn't mount because of unsupported optional features (80). I first thought I just forgot to make the filesystem, so I remade it and the error is still present. I ran fsck on this freshly made filesystem, and it completed with

virsh list hangs / guests not starting automatically
I followed the wiki[1] to create a KVM virtual machine using bridged network on CentOS 6.5. It seemed to work fine on initial setup. (FWIW I'm trying to run a MythBuntu guest.) However, after a reboot, it doesn't auto-start the VMs. Shortly after boot, if I go into "virsh", then do a "list", it just hangs. Likewise, if I go into "virt manager", it just

Find the flow data from its accumulation of the panel data
Hi, I have the panel data of income statement of several banks. The date 9803 means 1998-Q1, 9806 means 1998-Q2, etc. I transform the date code to 1 (for 1998Q1), 2 (for 1998Q2), ...., 16 (for 2011Q4) where 1, 2, .... are placed in Col1. Now the income statement of a specific quarter is actually the accumulation from the beginning of the year. For example, the cost data of 1999Q3 is the

Asterisk <-> Lync / Call Center Transfer / Refer
Hey all, Alright. So we decided to not go with Avaya for our next PBX and we are now full on into an Asterisk/Lync 2010 implementation. Asterisk/FreePBX is our SIP gateway and call center and Lync is our internal UC and IP-PBX server. I've already got Asterisk tied with our Nortel/Merridian Option 11 with QSig and all is beautiful (except for the Opt11 not receiving names from * but
