Call Recording - Asterisk
Hello folks,
I wanted to setup Oreka to monitor calls on a trixbox box I have setup.
Oreka doesn't seem to be catching all of the calls though.... I have port
mirroring setup on the port that trixbox is connected to, mirrored to the
port Oreka is connected to.
I have read that Asterisk doesn't work as a SIP Proxy, so I wondered if this
meant that some phones, after checking in with

Re: libguestfs-tools failure that I can't figure out
I'm not sure of the history of the server's libpcap install. Too many
chefs and only one pot. I know, that doesn't help. Your question did
prompt me to check versions and discover that there's a 1.9.0 version in
the BaseOS repo. I removed the previous package and loaded the new one.

thks all
hi all
I wish to thanks every body on the R mailing list for answering very fast, directly in my mail box ;).
I've finish my work with R and i can say that it is very difficult at the beginning, and when you succeed you are stopped by a stack overflow when you call your nice recursive function (which was working with a tab of 100 element) with a tab of 900 elements, but R just do what you

Naming packages in custom yum repo.
I need to setup a custom yum repo to supply some packages that are not
in CentOS, and some that are but have been patched and/or are
different versions. Not much of a big deal.
In order to limit conflict with CentOS packages, I am using a prefix
other than /usr. All my packages that also have existing versions in
CentOS are installed under this new prefix to prevent any conflict
with the CentOS

Generate a function
hi all,
I need to generate a function inside a loop:
tmp is an array
for (i in 1:10)
{
func<- func * function(beta1) dweibull(tmp[i],beta1,eta)
}
because then i need to integrate this function on beta.
I could have written this :
func<-function(beta1) prod(dweibull(tmp,beta1,eta)) (with eta and beta1 set)
but it is unplottable and no integrable... i could make it a bit different but

stream rtp from asterisk
Hi!
Anybody familiar with streaming rtp from asterisk. Preferably with the
xorcom asterisk patch which streams rtp from asterisk to oreka audio
server. Any ideas will do just fine though!

How to run a remote PHP script and still have access to audio stream?
Hello there,
I'm trying to figure out how to run a PHP script on a remote machine and
still have access to the audio stream associated with the call.
Ideally, I'd love to play/record audio files directly from/to the remote
server without having to copy them back and forth to the Asterisk
server. What is the best way to do this?
Is it possible to combine EAGI with FastAGI in PHP?

multiple scale
Hi all
i need to put on one graph 2 functions who's x axis is the same and y not.
I mean on horizontal the time, and on vertical left: pressure, on vertical right: rpm of a motor, is R able to do that?
i've found this that i could adapt maybe (i don't need time series really?) :/ :

Hi all,
i'm new to R,
I need to modelize in R a statistic algorithm,
This algo use Weibull, normal law, linear regression, normalisation, root mean square, to find eta and beta fitting the weibull model (to analyse few results) and further when we will get more information apply bayes model .
the problem is when When i try to integrate it fails with errors.
by the way i like to integrate

Screening packets within tc-classes
Hello list,
I''m currently a bit planless so perhaps someone here could give me a point in
the right direction.
History: I wrote a shaper web tool (http://shaper.netshadow.at) and now got
several feature requests if it would be possible to graph "what''s going on"
(this mean per IP address, tcp/udp ports or protocols) in a specific chain. A
chain represents a specific

ip_queue module issue
Hi All,
I am adding ip_queue module for snort inline IDS.
I am using snort2.4.0
And iptables-1.3.4.
Userspace Queuing(queue target) is enabled. It is built-in and not built as
a module.
The output of /proc/net/ip_queue is shown below:
cat /proc/net/ip_queue>
Peer PID : 0
Copy mode : 0
Copy range : 0
Queue length : 0
Queue max. length : 1024
IPTABLES 1.3.4 is

Packet capturing
Hello Everybody!
I am an Engineering student and doing a project on WAN Emulator. Can anyone
please tell me the way to capture a packet on Network Layer. I want to
capture original packet and not the copy(i think libpcap provides a copy of
the original packet). Let suppose we get a copy on Netwok layer then how we
can destroy the original packet....
Plz suggest me....Thanks in advance

audio cuts out
has anyone experienced a problem where RTP audio cuts out when doing
30-40 concurrent channels via sip?
The box is freebsd 6, asterisk 1.2.4, voip only (no libpri, no zaptel -
not even a timing source)
The box has plenty of bandwidth, when a call to the same box is iax2 it
works, but when its sip a call gets connected a few frames of audio are
passed and then silence.
When the box is completly

Using asterisk as the recording server

While am aware and active user of astersk monitor function for recording, i would like to know if i can use asterisk as a pure recording server(like nice or witness) for some other PABX's extensions (both inbound, outbound and internal).
Setup

\System32\GroupPolicy named pipe?
Hi -
I'm using samba to connect some windows boxen to a distributed set of
unix machines. I'm trying to unify some of the administrative
interfaces via mmc, specifically the group policy stuff. When I try
to use the Group Policy snap-in to connect to my samba 2.2.1 servers,
I see the windows box do a Tree Connect Andx to
ADMIN$\System32\GroupPolicy, and then the samba box responds with
