mISDN BRI Asterisk 1.4
Good Evening,
The company I work for is attempting to connect an Cisco ISDN Router to an OpenVOX B200P BRI Card so that we can get it to dial out across an existing ISDN PRI Line also installed in the Asterisk PBX
Everything has compiled successfully and the BRI card has been detected when mISDN is started:
# misdnportinfo

Fw: Re: mISDN BRI Asterisk 1.4
Have you got termination set correctly?
I have a B410P working with 2 x NT and 2 x TE ports successfully.
I had to turn the 100ohm termination on on the NT ports (even though I
have them set as PTP in mISDN.conf).

mISDN & Asterisk 1.4: HFC-S card not responsive
Hi,
I have installed Asterisk 1.4 with mISDN with the
install-asterisk.tar.gz script from beronet.com. On my system I have two
cards, one a AVM Frit!Card Pci 2.0 and one HFC-S chip. I know both to
work well with mISDN on my system from a previous installation.
Now however, the AVM card works well at first glance, i.e. it
"registers" incoming calls and works through the asterisk

Hi,
Since a week ago I am trying to get chan_misdn working with asterisk

My setup is done as detailed on wiki and FAQ.

Fw: Re: mISDN BRI Asterisk 1.4
Its been a few days, I was wondering if anyone else has any ideas on how to get this to work?
If not, could I ask a the direct question as to if anyone here has (or knows someone who has) successfully got something like a Cisco Router to successfully establish an ISDN data/Internet connection through the Asterisk PBX?

Crashing dom0 by unloading mISDN
Hi,
I have a Fedora 7 xen system with a domU to which I have delegated via
pciback two isdn pci cards. One is a HFC-S card, the other a AVM
Fritz!Card Pci 2.0.
In the domU I load mISDN drivers for the cards. The two cards are
recognized and function well UNTIL I either decide to unload one or both
of the card driver modules (hfcpci and avmfritz) or I decide to shut
down the domU. At this

Problems with mISDN TE line
Hi list,
I've installed Asterisk 1.4.0 with newest mISDN 1.0.4 + mISDNuser 1.0.3
on Fedora Core 6.
I get many compilation error on mISDN. It wants to include linux/config.h
That I fixed by removing the #include line at every occurance. (Don't
know if that was a wise move, but it then compiled).
mISDNuser and asterisk compiled fine, and asterisk can find and use the
ISDN BRI port in

echotraining=yes in misdn.conf is invalid or out of range.
Hi.
I'm having problems with chan_mISDN configuration. Line
"echotraining=yes" causes warning, when Asterisk is parsing misdn.conf
and I'm confused why the PBX doesn't accept the setting. No matter
which section I try to offer it, it is always invalid or out of range.
The setting itself is supposed to be valid, it is in the sample
configuration file of chan_mISDN 0.3.1.
