Secondary disk unattached if guest unresponsive and killed with 'virsh destroy'
I have a very strange issue that has plagued our KVM-based hypervisor
infrastructure.
Environment:
- All EL7-based libvirt releases since EL7.0
- Fully patched EL7-based KVM guest on a fully patched EL7-based KVM host.
- Secondary disk attached via 'virsh attach-device guest
/vm/guest-with-secondary-disk-01/disk2.xml --persistent' (note --persistent
flag here)

SIP Disconnects from Network - Asterisk Does not hangup
Good day all!
I have an issue which has plagued me for quite sometime now...and as I close
in on its cause, I have reached a point where additional info would be
greatly helpful!
When a SIP device dials another SIP device...Asterisk connects the calls and
displays the channel information.
If one of those SIP devices hangs up, Asterisk receives the hangup notice
and disconnects the call/channel.

tables: proper use of Hline() in tabular()
Dear all,
I am unable to understand how Hline() works in tabular(). I've read
the vignette and the help page, and here this example compiles
perfectly fine:
latex( tabular( Species + Hline() + 1
~ Heading()*mean*All(iris), data=iris) )
However, if I try it on my own data it fails. Consider this:
set.seed(1)
Xa <- data.frame(p=rep(c("First group","Second

Marvell, IOMMU/VT-d, and pci-phantom
Hi, guys.
I''ve been trying to use the pci-phantom command line options to xen so
as to work around the hardware issue with the Marvell 88SE91xx SATA
controllers in IOMMU ([Intel:] VT-d) mode, but I cannot seem to get my
head around it. From having had a glance here:
http://xenbits.xen.org/docs/unstable/misc/xen-command-line.html
and in particular the syntax described as such:

Spamhaus with Zimbra Mail on CentOS
I realize this is slightly off topic, but I've noticed recently that I've been unable to preform RBL lookups using the the zen and sbl spamhaus RBL lists. Currently using Zimbra Collaboration Suite using CentOS 5 I'm seeing logs showing the following output.
[root at phantom ~]# cat /var/log/zimbra.log | grep spamhaus

phantom(0) doesn't do what I expect it to [plotmath]
Hi,
I'm trying to make a legend with a justified list of numbers, so I
thought I would use phantom(0) to align the 3-digit numbers properly
with the 4-digit ones:
legend(x, y, xjust=1, yjust=1, lty=c(1,2,3,4,5), adj=c(0,0.5),
legend=expression(phantom(0)*300*plain(K),
phantom(0)*550*plain(K),
phantom(0)*830*plain(K),

How to vectorize
Dear R-List,
I would like to write nicely the names of some isotopes on a plot. The
code bellow works fine.
plot(1:10,1:10)

expression(italic(phantom(0)^{137}*Cs)),
expression(italic(phantom(0)^{129*m}*Te))),

XP client missing ACK when manipulating directory
I'm running Samba 3.0.1 on a Linux 2.6.1 kernel and I'm seeing a problem
of the XP client missing an ack, the server having to resend, and then the
process repeats. This _ONLY_ happens when touching files in a
directory, such as clicking on an icon, then clicking on another one
causes this problem. If I drag the file and copy it across, I don't see
the problem. Here's a

Wine apps crash
I am running Ubuntu 10.10 and Wine 1.3. For no reason that I know of a couple of apps that had been running fine wouldn't start. I restarted the wine server, rebooted and nothing worked. The apps are Foxit Reader and Foxit Phantom. Oddly, the Googleearth 6.0 was starting and running fine. I tried Winecfg, moving my .wine directory and creating a new one and nothing worked. I eventually

About once a day I have noticed a phantom incoming call with a caller ID of asterisk@192.168..<cut off>. When I answer the call there is a dial tone and the call is disconnected. Any clues?

Phantom Domain Master Browser
There's a phantom domain master browser showing up in my Samba nmbd.log
file.
I keep thinking that maybe it is left over in one of the files that I
transferred over from the old server to the new server and it isn't clearing
itself out. Is there a way to clear that and is it possible to have a
phantom browser fighting over the Domain from a copied over file?
I transferred all of the

Would like to add this to example for plotmath. Can you help?
Greetings:
I would like comments on this example and after fixing it up, I need
help from someone who has access to insert this in R's help page for
plotmath.
I uploaded a drawing
http://pj.freefaculty.org/R/Normal-2009.pdf
that is created by the following code
http://pj.freefaculty.org/R/Normal1_2009_plotmathExample.R
This will be a good addition to the plotmath help page/example.

Phantom workgroup
I have a Samba 3.0.4 server configured as a PDC. NetBIOS name of the
server is "SERVER"; name of the workgroup is "AEC".
Problem is that there's now a phantom workgroup called "SERVER" when I
try to browse the network. Since there's no clients configured in this
workgroup, any attempts to browse this workgroup fail.

Problems while installing ICEMCFD for WinNT
Hy, there!
I've recently entered into the swinows-emulating world and it's been
quite amusing. I'm now running Kazaa Lite in my Linux box. That's very
cool...
I'm now trying to install an engineering software called ICEMCFD in my
PC. This software is intended for PCs running windoze NT. I'm finding
problems while installing this software. Whenever trying to run
