I have a little problem with the S4 style of programming.
I tried to formalize my question: please consider the following example
that you can run I think:

Win7 vs. Win10 GPO Editing
Hi,
My guess is this:
RSAT reads policy definitions either from central store (first) or from
local (if first not found). It might be the case, that one of the

windows 7 runs into errors. Your error shows that it's trying to look
for policy definition in the local store (c:\windows\PolicyDefinitions).
You can google

DirectShow filter for Speex
Hi,
I've had many requests in the past for a Speex DirectShow filter. Well,
the wait is now over, thanks to Jean-Francois Emond. Both source and
binaries are available from the "Other software" page
(http://www.speex.org/projects.html). Bear in mind that for now, only a
subset of Speex features are supported (8 kHz, 15 kbps).
For those who would like to know what's coming next,

Samba & Unicode
With the final release of 2.4.21, would it be appropriate for Urban to
consider updating all of the2.4.18 smbfs patches as a single file.

windows 2000 server with some (french canadian) accentuated characters in
the file names and directory names, which smbfs mounts with question
marks.
At first I thought this was

and you could tell me if i'm wrong on some points.
I need also some wine users that could read and correct the informations i write
on that site, but these people need to belong to the french research
