Master.csv missing dstchannels values
Hi,
I'm currently building an report query for Asterisk (based on the Master.csv file).
In some rows there are missing values for dstchannel where lastapp is "Queue" and lastdata equals the queue name I'm interested in.
Pleas guide me, are the rows including the missing dstchannel values equal to calls hanged up by the caller in queue and never bridged to a agent?

ForkCDR app call disposition ALWAYS says ANSWERED??????
Hi Guys,
The ForkCDR is doing pretty well, except for the call disposition. The time stamps are great, but the disposition always reads answered, even when the call is busy or not answered at all. It should read BUSY and NO ANSWER. I can send a snippet of the CDR record with forked calls for an example if needed. I think the record is not forking properly, but is maintaining the disposition

CDR(disposition)
Hello to everybody, I have a problem with the disposition filed that
asterisk write in mysql table.
What I notice is that for every outbound calls (for example to a mobile
phone) I see in disposition field the string "ANSWERED" when I reject the
call and also when I really answer the call, while in the variable DIALSTAUS
I have the correct status of the call (BUSY, CHANUNAVAIL,

Disposition codes in CDR
Is there any way to have more specific disposition codes in the CDR?
Currently there are only 3 values: ANSWER, NO ANSWER, BUSY.
In this way, when i call a cell phone that is switched off i get "NO
ANSWER", while i would like to be able to log that the call is not
answered because "The customer you have dialed is unavailable at the
moment".
The same for "non

Asterisk 1.6 call files Disposition=NO ANSWER
Hi Guys,
Since moving to Asterisk 1.6, whenever I am using call files the call is
always logged with a disposition of NO ANSWER even though the call is
connected and answered. The duration displays the correct time. Can
anyone explain as to why when using call files the disposition is not
correct?

CDR Disposition for call queue's
Hi All,
Does anyone know how to discriminate between CDR disposition info for a
call that has been answered from a call queue, by a call queue, to one
that has hung up, or dropped prior to being routed to an agent? I've
set-up cdr_mysql, but all the disposition data states "Answered",
despite any combination of events I throw at it.
Any advice appreciated.
Cheers,
Lewis

CDR issue - Problem logging CDR(userfield) in Master.csv
Dear all,
I am having an issue with CDR logging. What I want to do is log jitter
variable from RTPAUDIOQOS module into Master.csv at the end of each call.
I am using asterisk version 1.4.26. For CDR purposes, I am using
cdr_custom, and the content of my cdr_custom.conf is the following:

Script to import Master.csv in the MySQL database - a short HowTo
Hi,
I hope this can help others, so this is it.
Use it at your own risk. I have test it on 3 separate systems without any
problem.
Take care to edit the following files taking into consideration your own
settings.
If you have all the CDR info in the Master.csv too, then delete all the data
from the 'cdr' table in MySQL before running the script bellow in oder to

cdr record disposition always FAILED
Hi All,
I know this was a bug a while back. I am using Asterisk 1.6.0.8 and logging
cdr's to MySQL. All records show FAILED for the disposition regardless of
what really happens. Please let me know if there is something more I could
post to help figure this out.
Thanks

If i commentout the authentication line everything works as it should be.
How should i use authentication that, it should accept it as aswered by

Asterisk 1.6 mysql 'NO ANSWER' disposition problem
Hi all!
I have installed a quite old Asterisk 1.6.2.0-rc2 with latest DAHDI on
Ubuntu 9.10 from repository. It is working now but mysql logging is very
strange. All calls have logged in mysql cdr table, which is fine, but
disposition is 'NO ANSWER' even if I had talked on phone. Duration is
correct but billsec is zero. Any idea why? Unfortunately I cannot upgrade to
newer version because

Queue forks asterisk and then leaves the extra processes lying around
Hi,
I have a problem with Queue where by a call comes in to the queue and
if all the phones are busy and the queue reaches the timeout, it will
fork a process and leave it sitting there before going off to the next
step in the dial plan and continuing normally. This doesn't cause any
problems except for I assume that it will eventually use up all the
memory on the machine and it messes with

how does "wrapuptime" work in queue.conf
Hi list,
I'd like to have the callers to listen to the advertisement (music on
hold) before the agents answer them. So, I have wrapuptime=10 in
queue.conf, but the call still goes straight to the agents without
delay.
Here's my queue.conf:
[general]
persistentmembers = yes
[738]
musiconhold = empty
;musiconhold = default
;announce = q-738
;strategy = ringall
strategy = rrmemory

CDR Disposition Value with ODBC
It looks like when you use odbc for CDR storage, rather than getting a
Dispositon string like ANSWERED, CONGESTION etc, you'll get an integer
(1,2,4,8). Does anyone know where I can find what strings (ANSWERED etc)
these integers map to?

into the queue when queue is empty when

Calls through madiatrix with incorrect disposition
hi guys,
I have an asterisk server and a mediatrix 1204 gateway. I make calls
through the mediatrix unit (only outgoing calls). The problem is, every
call I make through the mediatrix unit is logged in the cdr as
'ANSWERED', even if the call was 'NO ANSWER' in practice.
Any ideas how to make cdr records accurate?
Thanks!

playing hold time announcement without queue position announcement
Greetings fellow list members,
I have what I think is a relatively simple question, but it did not
appear to be addressed on the wiki. I am trying to setup a queue so
that it plays an estimated holdtime announcement, but not a queue
position announcement. Currently my dialplan does both, and while I
know how to take out the estimated holdtime without affecting the queue
position

Queues, priorities and (miscalculated) holdtimes
Anyone ever noticed that the reported holdtime is wrong when there are
different priorities? Also talktime is 0, but for the moment I don't
care.

0s talktime)
