Gracias. Eva [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Multiple subnets, multiple domains and one LDAP
Hi all. I'm being asked to connect two networks, each having it's own PDC and it's own LDAP backend. I would like to know if it's possible to make both PDC's serve each a different domain with a single LDAP backend and having users from DOMAIN1 roaming to DOMAIN2 and viceversa. If it's of any use I have, in the past, set up a PDC+BDC configuration having

Problem with SWAT
Hi, I have just installed Suse Linux 6.1 along with Samba version 2.0.3 I can ping the machine (192.168.1.10) and I can reach the Apache Webserver with my browser. There are no specialties on 'Hosts deny' or 'Hosts allow'. Testparm does not report any errors either. But I cannot reach 192.168.1.10:901 with my browser to make shares etc. Can someone help me out on this one? Mark

Weird options(digits=n) behaviour
I noticed some very weird behaviour of the function: options(digits=n), where n is the number of digits you would expect to get in R calculations. Let's take a example: > options(digits=4) > getdata(caso.pool.k3.r3.e2) [1] 6.053 2.641 -3.639 14.259 6.082 Which works fine... now, trying again, with different data: > options(digits=4) > getdata(controle.pool.k3.r3.e2)

I can mount the folder under Linux using smbmount, but when I attempt the copy, using either rsync or cp, I get repeated messages like this after some files have been copied correctly: smb_add_request: request [cd403380, mid=797] timed out! asterisk 1.4.23.1 and mISDN 1.1.8 segfaults
hi all, I'm have a bit of a hard time with some segfaults on running 1.4.23.1 and mISDN 1.1.8. I already enabled " DONT_OPTIMIZE" and " DEBUG_THREADS" in asterisk so I can now generate a bt. I did that (following the instructions on voip-info) but I'm not sure how to "read' the output now. By looking at the bt below, can one see if the problem is caused by

Parked Calls in 1.4.23.1
I know the call parking feature changed in 1.4.23.1 to fix some serious issues. I'm seeing a major change though which I find disturbing. A person parks a call by transferring it to the parking position (700). When the timeout value is reached, the call is NOT returned to that device, but rather the 's' extension of the phone's registered context (in this case [unrestricted]).

Running asterisk on ARM (TS-7800) 1.4.23.1
Hi, I'm trying to run Asterisk 1.4.23.1 on a small ARM linux board (TS-7800). Everything compiles fine, but on startup Asterisk always crashes while loading chan_sip. If chan_sip is removed, it starts up fine, but I really need SIP to work. Any ideas? Thanks. -- James
