When I restart or reboot I can not dial out. The dial() incorrectly sees dahdi/1 as busy. I call in once from a cell phone, which is successful then I can call out with out issue. Is it possible to force T38 for all invocations ReceiveFAX() ? Receiving fax always worked OK on Callweaver though I could put SipT38Switchover() into the dial plan. I can't with Digium fax, and it always fails at the point it decides to switch to T38.

Hi, I'm using a Junghanns Quadbri ISDN card on some lines from the Austrian Telekom. Things are working, the only missing stuff is to add a "0" as a prefix to each incoming call, to make it possible to answer missed call lists. I'm using the 0 as the prefix for outside lines. Hello List, I have found that asterisk supports only forwards in-dialog MESSAGE method. That is, if the MESSAGE method is sent within an active call. But according our requirement we need to send MESSAGE method to the other leg without being in a call (general stateless proxy forward). Is it possible to do this in asterisk using some tricks? We're having a horrid problem with our asterisk setup. Sometimes calls just go dead - we can't hear what the other end is saying. (I think they can't hear us either). The call doesn't hang up until one of the callers gets bored. Internaly we use Thomson ST2030 SIP phones. I know it is a strange arrangement but due to contracts, it is what it is, no PRI for now. I wonder if anyone on the list has run a server with both types of cards installed? Results?
